Food is good however this restaurant service sucks. You order and the system tells you 20 - 30 minutes and they will have you sitting there close to two hours. Find a better wingstop to go too if you don’t like people wasting your time.

The manager (Kelly?) was so friendly and helpful. Food was good. We put in order online on a Sunday afternoon and picked up around 30 minutes. Overall good experience but our cashier was so nice!

They messed up our order and charged me for all flats and gave us all drums. I called to address this issue and been on hold now for 37 mins and still on hold! This place is a joke and every time you go in to pick up your food place and employees look so dirty.
Waited an hour for wings that were just sitting there on the counter waiting to be called out, better off driving further to a better location
