We were visiting from out of town and stopped by Wing Stop after a long day at Universal! We were greeted by Vernon as soon as we arrived! I had to take a moment to give him a shout out… while we waited for our to go order, we watched him with several other customers. He was so courteous, attentive, and patient with EVERYONE. I wish more people could show the same kindness. Vernon, keep doing what you are doing, it truly leaves an impact on people!

We had the pleasure of visiting this location. Vernon, the manager there, provided the best customer service we have ever had. The wings were excellent, and the cooks prepared our wings to perfection. The location is very clean. The bathroom was in tip-top shape, very clean. You can tell Vernon takes care of his workers . Vernon should be recognized as an excellent manager

Although food is always up to par, I noticed this time around that the staff handling the food were NOT wearing gloves, when I wrote to them I got a lousy $5 gift card. I don't need money, I need to know that you're making your staff wear the proper gloves and things when handling food!!!

I love wing stop they’re usually on point but I received the worst batch of wings on my order the other night . They were old and small not fresh at all I felt like I got the bottom of the barrel wings .. if I’m paying $20 for a meal make sure you give me good quality food
