absolutely awesome sushi, dare i say some of the best i've ever had! it's been a few years since visiting this restaurant and the food knocked my socks off!! i'll admit it's on the pricier side but i don't come here but on special occasions, and i do think you get what you pay for. i got the krab rangoons, fried cheesecake (both super crunchy!), and the walk on mars roll. it was my first time trying conch and it was just spectacular. hands down some of my favorite sushi i've had in florida. our waiter was extremely kind and attentive as well. 10/10 would definitely come back <3

My husband and I live n a neighborhood across the street. The owner, Owen, greets us by name. On my birthday he treats me to a glass of wine and often surprises us with a small sampler of delicious sashimi! Say "Hi!" to Owen on your next visit, and tell him Doreen sent you. You will instantly be Yamasan family!Parking: There are plenty of free parking spaces and a garage.

Giving our experience 5 stars because of our waiter Paul. We came here by accident (after a small google maps mix up), and Paul really made our night. If you're looking for no frills Japanese, the food is fine. From our experience, the staff works hard and cares about the food they make. It seems like a lot of locals come here and the owners have created a really solid community. I had the poke bowl which was fresh and good bang for buck.

We came in and were told 15min wait which wasnt a issue, we waited outside for 30min or so the hostess apoligized for forgetting about us and then we sat down where we were passed over by 3 waiter/ess for 25min. We never had a waiter/ess even greet our table. So we left. I was excited to try the ramen and sake.

We showed up last minute for Valentine’s! First time eating here. They were so welcoming!We decided to sit at the bar (table outside was cold for us) and could see how hard those chefs were working. Even though we were sitting at the bar, we had full service.We ordered Miso soup, sushi and a seafood Hibachi to share. The sushi was heart ❤️ shaped! And it tasted so good! Hibachi brought enough seafood for both of us. Seafood was perfectly cooked.Even though it was probably a super busy night, Our server Sophie was so sweet and she was making sure we had a nice experience. The chefs at the sushi bar in great spirits and very friendly as well.Will definitely come back!
