Food amazing as always. Cashier was very nice. The woman working the middle putting the food on trays and bagging take out orders was extremely rude and condescending. Even yelled at people.

After a long day's work I went and ordered me and my friend something to eat I drive all the way home and mind you this is my first time ever going to Zaxby's so I have to keep it real The Experience kind of sucks because I got home maybe 15 minutes before they close to open my order and it was the wrong sandwich it wasn't what I ordered..so rushed back to try and get their before they close very inconvenient I must say .. when I did get there it was literally like 8 minutes before they closed thank God the manager came out and she made my experience better by making my food correctly apologizing and had a great personality so do to her energy I'll be back I just I'm going to check my bag before I leave next time

My family & I was traveling & decided to stop at this location to eat. & it was one of the bestchoices we have made since we were on vacation. The atmosphere was so peaceful, the store was clean to a tee, the staff was friendly & most of all great, hot, & fresh food! If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would! We highly recommend everyone to visit this Zaxbys location.

Forgot about my order which was placed at 10:24 and when I went up to ask about it I was completely ignored for 10 minutes. When I finally got their attention I was told “well fried pickles take a long time.” Finally got my order at 10:51 and my fried pickles were completely cold. As soon as I sat down the staff promptly told me that I had 8 minutes to eat because they were closing. Two of my friends who also ordered then had to wait even longer for their order as their tickets were completely forgotten. Very disappointed!!!!

The day shift work like they wake up on the wrong side of the bed every morning just to step on legos with bare feet, then have to drink cold coffee on the way in. The food is always trash until the night shift comes in. It’s been this way for me for years. Idk if they got smoke with me or what but it’s always bad. The night shift on the other hand?! Fire. Every time. They’re nice. Funny. And the people on the grill cook like they care about your meal personally. Imma give 5 stars for the night shift and the night shift only fr.

My wife took me here, it was my first time and I am glad to say I was pleasantly surprised!Makes Chick-fil-A feel kind of lackluster, we will be going here a lot more now.I highly recommend the signature club and the kicken chicken!
