Owned and run by a couple. As a Turk living in Florida, this is my favorite Turkish restaurant and closest taste to the real deal. Reservations are required. We got the impression that the restaurant focuses on quality over quantity. The mixed mezes and iskender is a must try.

This place was recommended by a Turkish friend and oh my goodness it is so yummy. I love the bread and the sauce, but I love more for the Lamb Doner Kebabs and baklava!! It’s heaven. I used to go to the dt winter park place and I thought that was good. No this is the best place for Turkish food. Server is really friendly and for sure will be back to get the lamb Doner Kebabs one more time.

Excellent Turkish food made to order, characterized by its freshness and vibrant flavors. The establishment offers exemplary service, marked by its genuine warmth and homely ambiance. It is highly advisable to make reservations in advance due to its popularity and potential wait times. Their lahmacun stands out as unparalleled, it's superb and arguably the finest I've ever had, while the adana impresses with its substantial and flavorful meatiness. Generous portions ensure a satisfying meal. Undoubtedly, it remains my preferred destination for authentic Turkish cuisine.

We are officially a part of the Zeytin family. An authentic Turkish restaurant presented by a husband and wife combo. Michelle is the face that you see. Welcoming and happy that you walked through the door. She is excited to share with you the creations of her husband, Chef Z. He cooks with love from his soul. You can tell it. We left with enough food for 2 days. My husband and I are a cooking BBQ duo. We have never left a restaurant in Orlando feeling like we were eating food cooked with the same love that we give until today.
Just wow!Delicious food with exceptional service nestled along the side of the road. Truly a gem of a place.

Zeytin Restaurant serving one of the best Turkish food, it is modest looking little place from outside as you enter in, you can feel the warm Turkish hospitality and welcome, we tried different items from the menu, everything we tried including the Turkish tea was top quality and delicious not to mention the very accommodating servers with beautiful smiles, if you are an International food connoisseur must try all delicious food they offer on the menu everything is cooked fresh daily and the portions are very generous, we can’t wait to go back soon. We noticed that they had many repeat diners coming in late, you may have to call and reserve a table.Vegetarian options: Multiple salads and vegetables, spreadsDietary restrictions: Servers were very accommodating to our dietary restrictions.Parking: We were able to find the location very easily, luckily it was not in one of the very busy section of Orlando.Wheelchair accessibility: When we enter the restaurant there was a wheelchair user dining in with plenty of room and they were very happy thanking the servers multiple times as they were leaving
