I have not been to a Chili's in many years, so I decided to stop in. I had a wonderful experience along with a very tasty chicken sandwich. I will be coming back again very soon.

Service was not good. The waiter forgot about us. Buffalo Chicken sandwich had a dime sized drop of blue cheese on it. Asked the waiter for more and never received it. Wouldn't recommend.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Desi was such an amazing bartender and server. Absolutely wonderful.Jake was cooking and I really have to say, best Chilis meal I ever had! Kevin the manager was super attentive and we'll be back in 2 weeks! Definitely recommend!!!

Joined the wait-list before getting here because I figured it would be busy due to the races. It was rained out though, so not bad. We were able to be seated in the bar area tucked in the back. I saw they had the StrawEddy margarita as their Marg of the month. It has tequila and strawberry. I'm usually not a tequila person, but I'd never had a margarita before, so I decided to give it a try at my favorite restaurant since age 7. My friend only ordered 3 mozzarella sticks. My kiddo ordered cheese pizza and salad, and I ordered an entree size house salad with grilled chicken. I brought my own gluten free croutons to add to it. Apparently the kitchen wasn't paying attention at one point because when the server brought the other food, she said they made it with everything, even though she added allergy to it 3 times due to my gluten and dairy issues, as I saw on the check later. They fixed it though and I was able to eat it and drink my drink. I really enjoyed everything otherwise.Dietary restrictions: They do have options on a GF menu posted on their website. This was my first time back at Chili's in about 3 years. I had several bad experiences that turned me away a few years back. This time I got the burger which was a little harder to screw up, so the bar was pretty low. Fortunately, it wasn't too bad. Might not be another 3 years now till my next visit. My advice is to stick to the simple items on the menu. Anything more complicated and you're at your own risk.
We went to Applebee's and waited 10 min . A female came to us and said they had a freeze for 30 min . Meaning they were not allowing anyone in . We went to Chili's and WOW !!! It was the best decision. Our guy was great he was very attentive , checking on us all the time. Place wasn't extremely busy to be a valentines Day . But he took good care of us . We will be back .
