I've been here a few times and had a good experience, however, I came today (Friday 12/14/2018) and will NOT return. I ordred the California Chicken Burrito with the guacamole on the side.When the food was bought to the table, I started cutting up the burrito and saw that there was 6 small pieces of chicken.I said something to the waiter and he took it back to the cook and the cook said that's the portion. I told the waiter that it is not the portion because I came here last night (12/13/2018) and ordered the same and there was much more chicken.The waitor returned with alot more chicken (to my surprise. I was not expecting that much).Anyhow taking a few bites I realized the cook deliberately oversalted the chicken which caused me an immediate headache and an ache on the left side near my rib.I did not finish eating the burrito and I'm waiting for the Manager to return to complain. (I waited for the Manager for about 50 minutes.) Even the Manager tasted a portion that was untouched by me and immediately agreed that it was oversalted. He wanted to make me a new chicken burrito but I declined for obvious reasons.Before the Manager came to my table after waiting 50 minutes, I told the waitor that by the cook deliberately over salting my food that it caused an immediate headache. I told the waitor I have high blood pressure. He didn't seem to care at all.I will NEVER return to this Restraunt.I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS PEPPER'S MEXICAN GRILL AT ALL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!4/14/2024.. I'm responding back to the owner who responded to my post from 2018 when he or she typed "2018?"My response.. YES, MY VISIT TO YOUR RESTRAUNT WAS IN 2018.. WHY DO YOU EVEN QUESTION THAT?As I said in 2018 that I will NEVER return to your Restraunt and I've told many people my experience there and that I recommend they don't give you their business..I still mean this today on April 14, 2024. YES..2024!The only thing I hope for is that you got rid of that cook who deliberately oversalted my food. What he did back in 2018 was WRONG .. WRONG.. WRONG on ALL accounts!

Margaritas were tasteless and watery, food was unbelievably bland. 2nd time here a year apart, same opinion. Won’t be back. Try La Fiesta, Aneho’s, Minorca’s, or La Katrina. Much much better.

Not. Good.Went here back in 2018, during a family trip to Daytona Beach, which was otherwise amazing, with the exception of just this visit.Unappetizing food, our burrito and nachos both layered in an off-putting textured cheese, and the entire environment just feeling weird.Of all restaurants I've been to in the United States, this has been the worst.

Staff was great but unfortunately so under staffed that we got no water our entire meal and had to wait for a while after our food came just to get silverware.. I feel bad for the employees.. they seemed overwhelmed

Food is okay, great prices on beer and good service. Very good location too. When asked about the size of my BOGO beer I should not have said 32 Oz smh ?

Quick n easy affordable Mexican food. During bike week I had my worse meal there. Never had any problems before then. Taking a break from Don Peppers for awhile. I didn't eat my food at all and they charged me for it! It wasn't till I explained I didn't eat and I'm not paying, they didn't seem to understand this ?
The waiter/waitress doesn't wait on you or ask you if you need anything rude and disrespectful

We were surprised to find out the margarita's BOGO .was a high way robbery. First We order Choose 2-3 combo. Both of us,wanted to buy 2 choices.. The waiter (Jessica)corrected us 2 burritos & 1 enchiladas. She was not ready to listen Well we decided to bring it to the hotel. Before she brought the bills she brought 2 more margaritas. I did tell her. We only order one set. Now she forced us to take out. Don’t make fool of the tourists.

Amazing service and amazing food. Delicious food and it came out super fast.
The waiter was awesome. Food was awesome and came out fast! My only problem was the 4% hospitality charge.....really? Bean dip was 9.99. Beer same price. The menu has been adjusted according to inflation. Hospitality charge is unnecessary as I'm afraid some people may take it out on the server. I'm all for capitalism but this sounds more like greed.

Food was really good. It just took forever to get our food. We finished our meal and waited a really long time to be able to order dessert. Took over 15 minutes just to get dessert then had to wait to get the bill. Great food but service was way too slow. It was not busy enough for all the waiting.
