Besides once, I come here after working a long 12 hour shift overnight and have my dogs in two during their morning walk. We sit outside. Staff from day 1 made me and my pups feels so welcome. I was very satisfied and impressed while I watched the staff work. They were all on each other's side, working as a team. During the hours I am there, it's always a rush time and they are focused and communicating professionally with each other, as well as with the guests. For myself, they made sure that I found what I wanted and let me take my time as I tried to count my money 10 times (reacclimating after 12 years abroad) :) No matter how busy I tend to be more thoughtful and take a little more time to confirm I am getting the order right, but they never make me feel rushed, and always keep me feeling welcome. Such a hospitable place. They say they are short staff and I know that they are the ones that are taking the brunt of that, not the customers. I hope they are valued by their management and corporate, they deserve to be. Even when I am thinking not to walk the extra distance there in the morning, I keep in mind the friendly atmosphere and how good I feel when I leave, and how fresh everything is from the coffee to the sandwiches and it gets me over there every time. The lobby has always been clean and organized when I go in too.

When I tell you, I will never go to another coffee shop again. After ordering from this specific Dunkin I’m not lying this Duncan has been so thorough, so friendly, so nice every time I pull up (I normally order through the drive-through because I’m always in a rush) They always have the happiest most bubbly personalities I have ever seen on any kind of fast food worker. Everything about this Dunkin is a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend so next time you’re in the area and you see this little dunkin pull through and just order anything on the menu everything is made to perfection every time.P S. If you are a macchiato lover, like I am try my order: large iced macchiato with light ice, two pumps, caramel, two pumps, vanilla, and optional a pump of simple sugar. My go to

This store always has fresh doughnuts and coffee. The one closer to my house i am constantly disappointed. It’s worth the drive.

Gave me bitter coffee and refused to remake after I sat there forever with the line backing up because one coffee they made a small when it should of been a medium and then two other drinks I ordered they forgot the cold foam… they do it every time… literally! Sad every drink I ordered they messed up… never returning! Always something…

Service was a 1 out of 10 rude and not helpful barely any cheese on my loaded hash browns drink made wrong they clearly don’t know there own
Coffee is usually fresh but when ya go through the drive thru seems like my order is always incorrect so I have to park n go inside But these young kids they have workin are snooty rude n DNT follow direction very well since my ☕ is always incorrect I always get 2 Sugars & 9 cream (yes I like my coffee light brown) but I always get 9 Sugar n 2 Cream ?? Again they don't care to listen DD has went down hill lately but still my fav coffee shop

Same great experience as always at this DD. Especially was impressed with Gladys whom helped me situate my order that had been delayed (at no fault to the employees) in an extremely friendly and professional manner. One of the many reasons I shall be returning to this particular Dunkin.
