I love going to Fancy Sushi; it's always a relaxing treat. The atmosphere is unpretentious and welcoming. Their service is great and responsive. The food is made to order and is always fresh. I have only eaten sushi here, but it is delicious and when I've asked to have something made custom, it's always perfect. Because I'm highly allergic to msg and its derivative alternatives, I've discovered Fancy Sushi is one of the very few local Asian restaurants that does not use msg as an additive to enhance the flavor of food. Their food is flavorful by how they make it from scratch. The Clear Soup is a favorite of friends, family, and me. I am thankful that when we go there, we are supporting a wonderful family business.

I'd like this mom and pop sushi restaurant. It owns by a lovely husband and wife. Rachel is the wife, every time I come in w my son. She always brings out tasty dish or something nice for my son to try. He got hook on the Japanese soda because of her. If you like a mom and pop atmosphere and just fresh sushi. This is a place to try out. It's connivence for us to get in w/out any waiting time and the food just plain good just like home cooking. It hits my spot every time I went in there.

Please DO NOT go here ? We should have known it was going to be bad once we stepped in and seen we were the only people there. Food was horrible soup tasted old , noodles were overcooked & tasted horrible plate had no seasoning whatsoever ! If I could give it less than one star I would !

Had a saloman roll appetizer which was interestingly tasty. But service was quite slow, even though there were only two tables occupied. Soup and salad didn't come till after we had already finished our appetizers and the sushimi delux had already come to our table. Food quality: the yellowtail sushimi was still just this side of frozen in the center and tasted a bit off. Clearly not fresh. Salmon was pretty good. Overall, kind of a meh experience, sad to say-we had high hopes cause it's close by and reasonably priced. Guess it's back to Ronan for us!

DO NOT EAT AT FANCY SUSHI! There isn’t a single thing Fancy about the sushi or anything else! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD AND TERRIBLE ATMOSPHERE! At 5:30 PM on a Saturday night they were COMPLETELY OUT of ANY or there multiple listed brands of Japanese beer. They were out of listed wines(Sauvignon Blanc). and cold Sake; the sushi was made with old rice and tuna tataki was torched (literally) It was terrible! Service was positively AWFUL!

Good sushi, service and moderate pricing. I also really like the clear soup and salad with ginger dressing. I order ahead quite often and pick up my order on the way home. I have never been disappointed.

I hate to do this… really I feel bad but at some point when the service and food is that bad, you have to. I live just down the road and thought it would be nice to get take out. I said my name, show up and the 13 year old girl behind the register says “one time someone didn’t pick the order up so we don’t make it until you get here” so I go next door to get a drink. The 13 year old girl comes to the BAR NEXT DOOR TO LOOK FOR ME and says “my dad won’t make it until you pay” At this point I’m almost speechless. the food was OK I’m vegan and ordered the veggie tempura but the veggies that were used were definitely old and used for that to cover up being old. I really hate doing this but DONT EAT HERE!

Food was cold and grubby, the server was in pajamas and she acted like she didn’t want to take our order, she got my food wrong and wasn’t willing to change it, she didn’t even give us soup or salad and that comes with the meal…So, not a good place to go! Very disappointed:(
