Me and my girlfriend have been to Flapjack Johnny’s multiple times and the one thing I can say about them is they are very inconsistent when it comes to food and service. Our first time going was great the food and service was really good so we figured this would be a good breakfast spot. Every time after that the food quality and customer service declined. We just left a few minutes ago and it was the worst experience we’ve had there thus far. We walked in and all eyes were on us (mind you there was plenty of staff standing around, doing nothing) yet nobody came to greet us for at least 5-10 minutes. Once we were seated our waitress (Megan) seemed annoyed she even had to serve us. We watched her check on all other tables while we sat there with empty cups. Even when we tried to get her attention we were ignored. When we got our food it wasn’t as appetizing and it didn’t taste as good as the first few times we came. This all felt like a waste of time and money especially since we got out of bed early to get what we thought would be a good breakfast. It was overall a very unsatisfying and disappointing experience. My girlfriend and I have decided that this was our last time coming here.Parking: The parking lot is very small.

Went today and eggs were so runny not medium ,overcooked sausage tasted like not regular sausage no flavor at all and was rubbery, my homefries were hard almost raw but browned and my toast was burnt! Only good thing really was the pancakes that came with my breakfast .husbands biscuits were crunchy on top and hardly any gravy on them and his eggs were poached not over easy.We used to visit here all the time and it used to be very good. Service was ok but was waiting a bit before seated or greeted and it was not busy.

Worst service ever! Forgot to turn our order in and we were late getting back to work. The waitress apologized but seemed like she was smirking, maybe she was mad because she brought me sweet tea and I returned it because ordered unsweet? I will never visit here again, over an hour before our food came out burger first then fries 5 mins later.

Me n my family will not be back and I hope your not in a hurry. Took over 25 minutes to get the food, then most of it was undercooked. Sad excuse for corned beef hash, it was terrible. The service was good though. Place wasn't busy, no reason for the long wait on the food. Want great food and great service, go to Tim's Corner in Port Orange, worth the ride and you won't be disappointed.10/29/23 .... Well, went back hoping for a different experience and it was terrible again. Eggshells in the eggs, waited 25 minutes again and they weren't that busy. No more muffins but they had cinnamon rolls and they were a task to eat. Not made very well I guess. Could not even put the breakfast sandwich together for me, i had to do it when she brought it to our table. Stop trying to make gourmet breakfast and just make breakfast. No one wants to sit there all day waiting for their food. Pick up the pace or stay in Orlando. The most pleasant thing about the place was our waitress. Strike 2. There will not be a strike 3. I'm done paying for these prices for Orlando's version of breakfast.

My food (Johnny’s bowl) was delicious. My wife got the pumpkin pancakes, she said they were regular pancakes with orange coloring. Pancakes are good, but was expecting a pumpkin flavor.Waited a really long time for food.

Sometimes you just need to ho to a home cooking diner for a traditional breakfast with loads of coffee.

Great place. Every time I come here, the food is excellent, the service is excellent. Staff is very attentive and friendly. I always get the Sausage and Gravy. This time Shrimp and grits, and I almost licked the plate.

Had forgotten why it has been 18 months since I went there for breakfast despite living 5 minutes away. Got there at 9 am and left at 11. Restaurant not more that a third full. Watched several tables deal with slow or incorrect orders being delivered with multiple apologies for a variety of miscues. Our order was late ie, 45 minutes, cold, undercookes and generally not tasty. No wonder FJJ-2 is no more, Cant run FJJ-1 efficiently. Use to be good. Not now. Server did as good a job as she could under the circumstances. Go to Keke's or Cafe One in the future. Management either is absent or doesnt care and is OverIt.
