Worst experience ever.. I ordered two club sandwiches online..it took them half an hour, I watched them take care of multiple orders before even starting on mine, the employees had a meltdown behind the counter, and to top it off when I finally got my order there was plastic in the my sandwich when I took a bite...when we requested a refund and asked them about the plastic we were told that it was "off the lettuce" from one employee, and "it came of the onion" from another employee...don't every come here. ever.

Used to be good, but just ordered a $17 regular size Philly Cheesesteak and it's couldn't of been more then 6" long. So regular size must mean 6" now at Jersey Mikes. I recommend don't use the app, walk in and order so u can watch them make the sub

I have been eating at jersey, mike's for several years at all different locations, And i've never had a bad experience until now. My husband and I both ordered a sandwich and My bread was Is dry and hard. My husband was soft and fresh. So I went to the cashier. She was a female to let her know. And she was extremely rude and said that they had no control over the Bread sometimes it just comes out of the oven hard. She then said they will be able to make me another one But will have to wait till the lunch rush is over. Meanwhile, my husband was done eating his Sandwich so I just politely went up to her and said. When my Sandwich is ready, can you package it to go. She started going off on me saying that they will get the sandwich done when the rush is over. I wasn't asking her to rush I simply wanted her to package it to go. Finally, the sandwich was ready and she just threw it on the counter with no bag to go. When I got it home and opened it up. It was a dry Sandwich with just meet. I asked for it mike's way and I was very disappointed. I will never return to this location in ormond beach.

Ordered food on their app on their free delivery Tuesday on 5/23/23…door dash got to restaurant to pick up and they were closed and told me I had to cancel. I advised there is no way to cancel on my jersey mikes app, so he eventually canceled it on his end. We called multiple times to the store for a refund that day and it just rang, finally they picked up and said they were doing maintenance and it wasn’t supposed to allow orders. They said they would be going back through that day to cancel and refund everyone that ordered. Still no refund 1.5 weeks later. Not only did I lose money but points, as I used points for a free sandwich on my order, plus driver tip…etc. it’s not much money total, but this isn’t right. You need to rectify this. I can’t be the only person that didn’t get their money/points back.

Sandwiches are delicious, staff is friendly. Problem is with the pricing. Sandwiches are priced one way on the app but they charge double that amount in-store. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this is the second time this has happened. I got charged $14 for a mini sub and soda. I don’t understand why the prices are different in-store, but I deleted the app and won’t be going again.

Got a sub yesterday from this Jersey Mike’s / DoorDash. Half opened when it arrived, ended up throwing it into the trash. The DoorDash er or JM didn’t like my $2 tip so they added extra spit sauce. Never again. Avoid Jersey Mike’s and DoorDash. I’m a disabled vet and money is tight.
