this mcdonald’s is absolutely horrible, probably the worst service i’ve ever experienced before with mcdonald’s being in my life never will i go back and i will be contacting cooperate to share my experiences with this mcdonalds because they absolutely suck. never can they get my order right, and they are rude at the windows and order speaker.

I want a full refund. My food was thrown in the bag not in a closed wrapper so biscuits now all over everything. What a shame I pay $32 to get handed food like I’m a dog in a ripped bag. Y’all should take ppls food more serious. One day somebody’s going to come inside and throw hands over their food. This goes in peoples body’s. Glad the staff had time to chill and party and talk it up though.
App users should go through the drive thru. Do not go inside. I went inside and after 20 minutes, still no food. Workers inside had an issue with the phone app. The place was quite empty, so my friend wanted to eat inside, but never again. The drive though line moves quickly most of the time even when very busy. The food is usually good quality McDonalds food, but at night sometimes is stale and cold. The afternoon and evening drive thru employees are sometimes rude and sometimes half asleep!. The morning drive thru workers are usually very pleasant. McDonalds is more expensive now than other fast food places.Parking: In a plaza. Lots of parking

Sooo bad…pick up a bacon bagel for breakfast this morning. 15 minutes in drive thru waiting for my mobile order and get to work and not even edible. Such a waste of time and money.

I ordered through the app - it's a great app and lots of perks...I highly recommend it. The problem was, the app chose "drive-up" for me - I usually eat inside because I'm on the road all day with work, so I appreciate the time out of my car... So, I picked up my order and ate in the parking lot....fries first so they'd be hot & fresh, right? Well, the combo only came with a medium drink and the fries took care of the medium drink in a couple swallows... I took my receipt so they could see I'd ordered less than 5 minutes earlier - they always say "refills on same visit only", right? I get it - wouldn't expect a refill if I'd ordered a couple hours earlier, but this was literally 4-5 minutes from the time I ordered. The girl behind the counter REFUSED adamantly that I could not get a refill unless I was dine-in. I tried to show her receipt and say "it was just 4 minutes ago that I ordered!" but...she wouldn't even let me say the whole sentence....just said "No refills unless you dine inside-restaurant policy." A better approach - taking care of the customer...would be to say "ok, just this time since you HAVE THE RECEIPT, but our policy is..." The girl at the counter could be a prison guard, really guarding the soda refills - what's it cost McDonald's anyway - like 13 cents for the soda?
