First time ever to a Panera. The food and service are the best it gets. I feel cheated for not coming sooner. I'll definitely be back

Don’t write reviews often ever, ordered a salad, soup, and large broccoli and cheese Mac and they didn’t provide the large mac, and door dash only wants to refund $6 and to reorder it, it would be $12+ with tip. And of course calling this multi million dollar corporations work phone doesn’t work and they just say no one will answer you have to email us, just for you to have an email war against robots. Scam company

Panera Bread is a great place to eat. If you have allergies make sure you go in to order your food. I am allergic to almonds and any tree nuts. One time I ordered off grub hub and they put the almonds on my salad so I had to drive all the way up there as they had no way to fix the problem by sending me another salad. The lady at the front waa not nice about it or apologetic. I don't order that way anymore, I just drive there and go in. I can't breathe if I eat tree nuts. For some reason they think sesame seeds are tree nuts so they left them off my salad which changed the whole taste of the salad. They do have the best Autumn Squash soup. The only problem I have is that when I order to go, they put the hot soup on top of the cold salad in the same bag. By the time I get home, the soup is luke warm and the lettuce is wilted. The lady that takes your order in the evening is not very friendly, she is quite rigid and doesn't smile which I could probably overlook if they would bag the soup and salad separately. On a brighter note, the guys making the food always smile and are very helpful.Parking: It is usually easy. They do have handicapped parking right up front.Wheelchair accessibility: In the front there is no curb so it is easy to get your wheelchair in and out

Second day o the raw I am waiting for good 5-6 minutes to get service while Maggie is talking to colleagues. And there are no sugar and stirrers at the station.

We stopped on our way to St Augustine for some breakfast sandwiches. They got the order perfect (we do substitutions for asiago bagels with no meat for the kids and our local Panera always gets it wrong). The bagels and bread were toasted perfectly (lightly and the bread was soft and not too crispy). We will definitely stop by again when we come this way!Kid-friendliness: They were very patient with my very excited kids.

This restaurant is perpetually cold like a refrigerator and consequently results in our group freezing or dressed like it's winter in New York. It is horrible!

They screwed up when I asked for extra Chicken on the side for a Chipotle sandwich, which was going to be for my dogs. Can't just take it off because that chipotle is going to mess with them, and it's already very expensive because they charge you more than what a pound of chicken breast costs just going to a store, for a tiny little cup of it. You would figure that they would make it right by saying, "Oh my mistake, here you go sir, here is an extra cup on the side as requested." NOPE! They proceeded to go ahead and try to charge me for another side of chicken which I was willing to do, but on its own without being extra on the side there's no way to input it in the computer so (this next part is funny!) They tried to ring me up an entire sandwich and take everything off so it's just the piece of chicken, that I can later cut up into strips and give to the dogs, and it was the price of a full sandwich. Meaning about $14 after tax. They asked me if that was okay and I kind of laughed and said no. Then they try to get a manager to see if they could override so that it's just the cost of extra chicken and I was a bit flabbergasted flabbergasted when the answer was simply no. Then I thought about it and I was actually a bit perturbed that the manager didn't simply come out with a small cup of extra chicken and say, "my bad, here's some extra chicken sir we should have listened to you when you explicitly said that you wanted that extra Chicken on the side, and we understand that you said it was going to be for your dogs so it makes sense that when we put it on the sandwich that wouldn't be good for them to just take off and give it to them with all that chipotle sauce on it." Or other words to that effect. But no. The answer was simply NO! So I say, "never mind, they just simply don't get any chicken today." And then when I pick my bag up over at the pickup area, one of the sandwich assemblers must have overheard everything and thought it was ridiculous and went ahead and snuck me that extra cup of chicken. Good on him! But this reflex very poorly on a Panera Bread manager. I have seen any other store screw up for other people and bend over backwards to make it right. And this one simply said, "NO."I have went to this Panera Bread I think at least four times and one of the most annoying things is that you get the email after creating an order on the app saying that they got the order, and then you wait inside of your vehicle until it says that your order is ready for pickup, and then I go in and it hasn't even been started yet. I don't know how their system works, but I'm pretty darn sure that somebody has to clear the order off the screen before the system sends out that email saying that it's ready for pickup. So that means that people are clearing out orders without starting them and it makes me feel like when you go to a fast food restaurant to the drive-thru and they manipulate all of their numbers for how fast an order gets made and a person gets through the drive-thru by not taking your order until the drive-through is completely clear so that they can take it, and clear out the order real quick so it makes it look like they are super fast when they are just manipulating numbers. Definitely not something that should be going on, and specially at Panera bread. There are other stores in the area I went to all three of them maybe there's even more than three there's only three that I'm aware of, and this one is the only one that functions so poorly.

My receipt says 3:36 pm on 12/16 Ormond Beach restaurant. The person who waited on me was obnoxious. Her name was Lori. I asked to see the Value Duets menu. I went to take a picture of it because I could not find it online. She said you can’t take a picture of it because it’s not official yet. I said, I see it right here and I’m ordering from it. So I told the picture anyway. She was not pleasant, courteous, or polite.
