I used to roast because the store bought coffee is bad and stale. If you look closely, store bought comes with a use by date. Lucky to have Steel Oak in town. They label roasted on date on the package. Fresh, consistent and top notch quality and flavor. Keep it up Steel Oak!
I started buying Steel Oak Coffee when Carl was still roasting it in his garage. I'm so glad to see this business grow. I find this coffee not to be acidic, which would happen with other coffees in the past. Try it for yourself.
