First time we went, we sent back my husband's steak twice. Apparently they don't know how to make a medium well filet. If you don't order MW steak, the food is fantastic. Second time he ordered chicken and it was great.
Filet was very tough. Had to ask waiter several times for things we wanted....glass of ice etc

Twice they’ve refused to seat us even thought the reservations show there was space available on google reservations. Hostesses apathetic. Bartender overworked. Typical chain.

I am disappointed to see mold and water damage on the ceiling tiles in such a nice restaurant with yummy food. It is vital to address, mitigate, and take care of this issue promptly, for the health of your employees and paying customers. Mold is toxic to the body.Our server was wonderful. Great customer service.

Last night in Ormond Beavh and we saw this place always busy. We got there and had our names in for 45 min to get a table. Cesar salad, filet, orange cake all very good, service great, highly recommend. We're from Nebraska so we know good steak. We were happy and had full stomach's
