We swung through on a hot day excited to try a smoothie from a new spot. We both ordered the açaí berry boost and it was amazing. I wish you could pick a smaller size but it still did not go to any waste. The team members were super nice and informative as well.

I’m very disappointed in the Customer Service and the smoothie that I ordered there was two girls working and it looks like they didn’t even care to be there or be friendly and just we’re talking to one another when I needed help trying to figure out what to order the girl that was taking my order didn’t suggest any help and just stared at me. And then the smoothie I ordered I was not happy with because I didn’t even taste any peanut butter which is what I also ordered in my smoothie. I never had a bad experience at Tropical Smoothie like this before.

Arrived approximately 1:40 pm on 2/26/24. I placed my order for island green smoothie, flatbread sandwich and side. Also using custom rewards. As the front attendant begins to make my order , I requested politely if she should could make sure not to add sugar but instead honey to my smoothie, due to my medical condition.She then goes ask a Middle Eastern woman , assumed to be a manager etc . what my issue was. She then says to me that she will be charging me for another smoothie and it’s not my fault I didn’t say it in the beginning. Refuse me service, refuse to give me a refund and threaten to call the police on me. Today is my last day I would ever spend my money with this company. After being a loyal customer, I don’t not deserve to be treated as such.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Me and my bf came to lunch on my lunch break which we rarely ever do the girl was so unprofessional and RUDE!! We walk up to the counter and she goes “what do you want” starts slamming things cause she’s the only one working that day.. it was a very bad experience it took almost 30 mins for our food.. I get it but then I got my food today and there was PLASTIC IN IT. My wrap wasn’t even heated up either I had placed an order to go. Just don’t go here nothing good to say really.

I ran in for a smoothie and snack during lunch rush and they were so fast!!!! I was in and out so quickly and nirassa helped me and she was so sweet!
