I was told they were out of meat. I was at the drive thru at 10:30pm Sunday night. I'm not sure if they were really out or just didn't want to cook anymore. I wonder because I was asked if I was picking up an order. I was not. If I had placed an order for pickup, would I have been told the same thing? I'll be calling the manager when I get out of work to discuss what happened.

Food on average is ok to overdone. Wait for food on the weekend in the afternoon was too long. With only 2 customers in line, I still had to park and wait for a long time, with the customer in front of me also waiting for his food. It looked like there was only 2 people working! The few times prior to this that I had gone here (over the past year or so), the same situation happened, with everyone parked and waiting and few staff present, which caused me to drive to a further location. I went today on a Monday and the service was much improved even with a line of cars, with a short wait in line and no parking. Kudos to the guy at the drive thru at lunchtime today. He was calling out to the cooks, getting the line moving and getting the job done! It is about time. I hope this guy is a new manager or new worker taking charge! My kids have wanted to come here for the past 15+ years, and it has gone from very good service to below average service. I hope they keep this place staffed on the weekend or this location will lose business. They are hiring at up to 13 bucks per hour here, which is much lower than other fast food places. C'mon management. A pay raise is needed here. They are hiring from 15-17 per hour elsewhere! No wonder staff quit all of the time.

I've been through this when these a couple times. It's a hit or miss if the dining room and bathrooms will be clean. The kitchen's always clean. The cashier usually has great customer service but it's very confused very fast especially if it gets busy. And if the customers aren't being very nice and patient. They will confuse the cashiers so much they don't know what to give them for food so a lot of times I think they give away free food because they're confused and disorganized. I got my order double cheeseburger meal. French fries are okay. Cheeseburger this time around what's cooked all the way but tasted a little raw. Sometimes it's a hit or miss if you get well cooked cheeseburger or a frozen cheeseburger that they cooked all the way but still tastes raw in the middle. But when I'm there I try to give them patience because I can see the trying their best. And in this sense I have to blame the leaders because it's up to them to lead and I don't see any leadership in this restaurant at all.

Fast, hot, and delicious. The breakfast baconator is definitely worth a try and worth the price. I do have a small complaint. There were egg shells in my egg and cheese biscuits. At least they were real eggs.

My apple pecan salad, no chicken also did not have pecans or blue cheese crumbles which makes it protein less. I did not get a receipt with my purchase, nor does the restaurant answer their phone. And I paid almost $9 for this? NOT HAPPY! I am miles away now and will be forced to buy another meal to get some protein.

So a year ago I vowed never to return here. However my son came here and it was great so he and I gave it a shot and it was 5 stars (for fast food) foods service and cleanliness even the people are waaay better than expected!
