Employees all need to be fired working slow as molasses and very very rude customer service what comes out of their mouth. No military discount no senior citizen discount but it's the employees that upset me the most. French fries for cold order did not come out at the same time mixed up the order!!@

I really enjoy Wendy's burgers. The drive thru agent was kinda short but I think her speaker was not working well. they weren't very busy so I think it was faulty equipment. Next time i'll go inside. Oh as always my Dave's single was fantastic.

ZERO STARS (but to submit you have to give at least one) This was absolutely the worst customer service I have had. We were cut short by the drive thru person trying to order, we had to say we still need to order more (you could hear in her voice the annoyance). They gave no receipt. We always check our food to make sure it is correct, and they gave us 3 nacho chicken sandwiches when we asked for the nacho burgers, she was very rude is saying well I asked you if you wanted spicy or original (We assumed it was for the cheese) as we said burgers not sandwiches. she took the food back and told us to move forward, we assumed to fix. She came out with out the food, to confront us telling us how we didn't order it, and continue to argue (when a simple, let me fix it for you as there was a misunderstanding). a few minutes late a gentleman came out with what we assumed was the burgers, to find out it was still the same chicken sandwiches. We asked for a manager, which we were told she would not come out (she is pregnant and it was dark outside, i get it). I went in and I was met with an I don't care, and you are inconveniencing me attitude from the manager. I explained the burger mishap, and she said there is a price difference. I was ready to pay, but the burgers were less than the chicken, but she made a show on how she had to void and refund and then remake. I am pretty sure she made the burgers as slow and as bad as she could, after I received them I asked her why I was made to wait for the same thing the first time, and not asked to come in because of a price difference, her response was, I don't know, I was making food. The manager has no clue and doesn't care what is going on in her store. Only one who at least tried was the boy working on the shift. I get they were short staffed, that the manager is pregnant, and that is was 7:30 pm at night, that still doesn't excuse the lack of customer service. This could have all been avoided if she would have asked us spicy or Original chicken. Or if she said those meals are confusing, there is actually a price difference, let me fix that. Or the Manager saying I apologize you were brought the same food out. I will not be going there ever again.

We arrived for supper and asked for a strawberry sweet iced tea. It's not on the menu board anymore but most Wendy's still make it since it's the same syrup in the flavored lemonade. First she hands me an empty cup. I asked that don't they make it behind the counter. She hands it back with strawberry syrup in water, no tea.

If I could give 0 stars I would! There Were at least 6 or 7 employees standing around. Not a customer in the drive thru. We had 3 of us and my 1 yr old. No one addressed my mother so she asked if anyone was going to take our order. The staff said they had no employees and were backed up. We would understand if there were any customers. The girl came from behind the counter and asked my mother if she wanted to do her job. The most unprofessional group of workers I've ever encountered. Get your act together wendys! We went a cross the street to Dennys.
