“Wow… incredible Texas style BBQ here. I would drive across the city for this BBQ but I’m lucky to have this gem in walking distance from my house.I grew up near KC and spent my last 10 years in Austin. Good BBQ practically flows through my veins.I was hesitant to try any BBQ when I first moved here because I hadn’t heard many good recommendations. When I finally tried Briskets… I was blown away. Took me right back to Austin with the flavor.If you know Texas BBQ, you know the smoke and the rub does all the heavy lifting. The sauce is just a bonus. They nail that flavor here and their meats are fantastic with or without sauce. Incredibly moist and flavorful.I’ve tried it all in my time in Austin. Franklins, Rudy’s, Black’s, Stubb’s, Lamberts, Fitties, Smitty’s, Iron Works, etc. Briskets is right there with the best of them.“

“I wanted to start by saying that our waitress, Yaritza, was great! My girlfriend and I tried the new catfish sandwich on the menu. The sandwich was really good, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I personally loved the chopped pickles that are included in the house made tarter sauce.“
“Update to my previous review. Some things have changed but, unfortunately some problems remain.Texas Roadhouse is our favorite mid priced place to get steaks. While the food was good, the service was very slow considering the restaurant was half full. Salads took forever. Steaks even longer! I always order my steak blu but about half the time servers only tell the kitchen rare and I have to send it back.There have been times with excellent service unfortunately it's jusr not consistent.“
“We love Sonny’s. Our favorite server is Jamie. We have been seated at her table several times and we always get fantastic service. The new chicken salad melt is delicious but my favorite is the BBQ salad. This is the best BBQ in the area!“
“First time customer to smoking Jay I noticed field peas on the menu. Tried it, love it, over yellow rice. Chicken so tender and flavorful I eat the bones like I used to with Grandma's fried Chicken. I was impressed and it's hard to impress me. I declare myself a repeat customer.“

The menu is full of every BBQ lovers favorites like brisket, ribs, and pulled chicken. You have 5 sauces to experiment with. My favorite was the KC Sweet and Alabama White. IYKYK. I had the brisket and pulled chicken. Both where flavorful, moist and married with the sauces like a dream. I also enjoyed the mac and cheese you can get it spicy if you need a bit of a kick. You can also have the best invention since oxygen, a donut with an adult beverage. I stopped by on their signature Thirsty Thursday where you can order the day's special cocktail and donut pairing! If you want just a donut and coffee, they have you covered. The selection of donuts come in many varieties from plain to piled high with icing, cookie pieces, fruit..... you name it. There is a nice selection of beer, if cocktails are not for you. Bring a friend and give this hidden gem a try. You won't be disappointed!“

“The price was great for all you can eat Korean barbecue!! I was surprised at the various options at the buffet like marinated beef ribeye, ribs, oyster, and snowcrab. The food was amazing and our waitress was so nice. The mango milk tea was so addicting to drink. The only con is that was one of the dish underneath the buffet was dirty and one was still wet. Other than that, the experience was great and I would recommend the restaurant to others.“
