This store doesn’t even deserve a star. I placed a catering order 2 weeks before our baby shower. My husband goes to pick up our order 2 hours before our baby shower and the girl checking him out and going over everything in the bags noticed we were missing a sandwich platter. She got the manager and he told my husband he will refund it. They have no more croissants to make the platter. One would think you would make sure you had inventory to complete an order that you took 2 weeks prior. I told the manager that this is unacceptable make the platter on another type of bread. He said it will be awhile. He didn’t have a care in the world. I wished I took the refund because the croissants they made looked horrible with a thin layer of chicken salad and no one touched that platter at all. In my initial order it states if I cancel 24 hours before pickup I will be charged 50% of the order on my receipt. Why doesn’t the store have a penalty for failing to provide me with the order I placed? I love chicken salad chick but relying on this store for ? of your catering needs for a big day FAILED 2 hours before the party. They should have called the customer the night before so they could have made arrangements with another local restaurant to cater the event. Also Rochelle promised a manager would call within the hour and that never happened. Would love for the owner of this store to contact me. They should give me a refund

Rarely leave reviews, but need to give credit where it’s due. Absolutely love CSC, my favorite being the Chicken Salad melts! Recently ordered catering twice and the service was fantastic! Chelsea & Rachelle wear so accommodating, professional & helpful in assisting with my order, scheduling & delivery. I also worked with a gentleman prior whom was great but his name escapes me. Our staff agrees this is our favorite catered lunch, as well. Can’t wait till next time! Thank you!

My husband and I have been wanting to stop and try CSC for a long time, yesterday we finally were able to! We were greeted by Chelsie and she was very friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process. We both ordered the BLT sandwich, with different chicken salad scoops. We were both so pleased with our choices, they were delicious! The only issue is we wish the sandwiches were bigger! I got the tomato bisque and it was amazing! My husband got the pasta salad and it was also great! It was a cute and inviting dining room, the drink selection was also very good and had many options. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely love this place. We have been coming here around once or twice a month for the past two years. Food is amazing, customer service is even better. After two years of coming here, they accidentally forgot one item in my order. I called them back immediately. They were so caring and did everything anyone could have asked for PLUS MORE. I have been here a couple of times but have never offered feedback. The food has consistently been fresh and flavor filled. The bread used is soft but holds the chicken salad well. The sides are fresh, albeit a little small in portion size. I have normally found all the employees pleasant and food delivered quickly. Why did I give a four instead of five? It is just a chicken salad sandwich with some grapes and a cookie. Nothing particularly spectacular. The taste is good to be sure but if you stop by for dinner you will be hungry later. I say go at lunch and pick up a tasty meal that will leave you wanting more but not ruin your dinner.
