Ally, the manager at the Oviedo Park Chipotle, was very rude! I ordered shredded lettuce and steak (no other ingredients). The family in front of me ordered 4 bowls with heaping amounts of food but I only received a small spoonful of steak (my only ingredient), so I asked for a little bit more. I had an apparent user error ordering catering. When I went to go pick it up that day Karen the GM was an angel, she was able to help me get the amount of food I needed in a timely manner and saved the day! Her and her team went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated their assistance! I’ll definitely be using this location for future orders.

This location has been going downhill.. Based on the last three times I’ve been there they give noticeably smaller portions than other locations. The people working there seem to not care about their job or customer service.
