The girl with purple hair and a nose piercing at the window gave really bad service. I ordered a stuffed croissant, but it was burnt. When I went back to tell her, she seemed confused and reluctantly gave me a new one, which turned out to be frozen. It's disappointing to see such low-quality food and service, especially when the restaurant has so many bad reviews.I spent money for something I can’t eat.. what a disappointment

I go to this Dunkin’ all the time and the service is always impeccable! Liam is a great employee who I see regularly and always prepares any food / drink with care and provides a wonderful service experience. Definitely recommend this Dunkin’.

Updated my review… this Dunkin is really hit or miss. You’re either going to have a flawless experience or they’re going to overcharge you/mess up your order. Recently, it’s been more of the latter. I used to go every other day, now I just make my coffee at home. Less of a headache.
I brought my grandkids in the other day for a special treat. They generally are not allowed to eat a lot of sugar but they wanted donuts so Grandma took them. They both were so anxious to pick out their treats and they wolfed them down in a few minutes. They even took a few home. Good old Dunkin'! The kids loved it. Ok, so I had a jelly donut, too! Yummy!

Employees are incredibly lazy and rude, I went to pick up my mobile order and had no kind of help. I had to get my own food and wasn’t even addressed by any of the 6 people behind that counter.

Donnis was amazing in the drive through! I didn’t have to repeat what I wanted 20 times, and he came up with a solution when they didnt have what I wanted! Highly recommend this place!
