Wow is all I can say.This is the best ice cream in town, without a doubt. The store is decorated really well with cutesy cat stuff everywhere, although I wouldnt care if they were selling it out in the parking lot out of the back of a van :) The owner/manager is just the friendliest guy ever, (he really cares about this business and it shows) and all the other staff are just as nice and helpful.I really can’t say enough good things about this place. I love ice cream like a fiend, and it takes a lot to stand out because there’s lots of competition. This ice cream is made right there on site, and once you try it you’ll see what I’m talking about. There’s a reason there’s a line out the door on weekends!

Phoebes has captured all the essence of a homemade experience! The ice cream is exquisite and fresh. The coffee tastes like home and the ambiance of the shop is enjoyable. It has a lil warm fuzzy feel with all its cat culture! They’ve got a regular in me!

Diego and his staff are very friendly. The ice cream is homemade, and there are over 30 fresh flavors. Clean and very cute environment. We will definitely be back frequently (to my daughter’s delight)! We had the dulce de leche and the bday cake flavors. Delicious!

Love, love, LOVE this ice cream shop! Every time we come here it's such a wonderful experience. And don't get me started on the flavors! Haven't had a bad one yet - My favorite so far is the coffee chocolate chip but I'm also in love with felicita brownie, mango, chocolate and vanilla! They are super accommodating too. I often come in to get a simple sundae to go - they make it easy to choose my flavors and toppings and even offer to keep the fudge on the side so it doesn't melt it on the way home! Little do they know that I demolish it in the car (don't worry - the hubs is driving) before we even get there!! So delish!! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back often!

Diego graciously remade & would not even let me put extra $ in tip jar.The atmosphere is light, cheery & immaculate. So fun. Highly recommend. Small, family business. Diego, owner is friendly & hospitable.Dietary restrictions: GF I had a delicious Brown sugar Cinnamon latte & tried dulce de leche Argentino GF ice cream. I will definitely be back & bring the fam.

Found this place due to a booth at a local Oviedo festival. Their ice cream is fantastic, they focus on bringing out the flavor and less on selling sugar. The cafe is welcoming as well.
Amazing experience. It starts when you open the door and an incredible ice cream smells welcome you. The space is super cozy, and well cute decorated. The staff is awesome, extremely polite , friendly, helpful, nice, professional. They definitely know what they are offering to us.And the ice cream my friends…. OMG!!! The best one of my life. Outstanding quality, flavorful, perfect ?? Just go and check by yourself. You’ll won’t regret. Trust me. A huge shout out to Diego and Phoebe’s Ice cream family . You guys are fenomenal!!!

For a small shop gotta say the warm welcome they provide was amazing. The decoration are cute, from the ice cream to the drinks are amazing. The price is fair based on the area it’s in. Highly recommend. Make the drive and see for your self.
