when new owners or new people start working at a place I was a faithful customer I always get a salad and today December the 12th it is 1:28 my salad literally looks like it came out the my husband brought it I was so so disappointed I would never eat and I would tell my friends and family do not eat horrible

The staff is very rude here. They are very short with you and treat you like you are one of their subordinate employees. Also $16 for a subway meal is way overpriced. I am not sure how this chain continues to stay in business.

Nice people, but false advertising. Says you get 50 percent of on the 2nd footlong when applying the bogo50 code, but after 3 times trying the app would not give me the 50 percent off, so I'm moving on. If you want to use the code I would suggest going somewhere else

The chicken and bacon salad was very good. The two employees that were working were very good at making what was ordered and very attentive to our requests. They seemed to be working like "lean, green machines", as some people would say.

I ordered online. The last time, all I had to do is come to the drive thru and let the cashier know it was an online order. This time however, I came thru the drive thru same as before, but no one came to the window. EVER. Not even to tell me to come inside. NOTHING. I even saw her look at me and go back to the side. Finally I pulled up to the end of the drive thru and went inside. There was food, my order sitting on a shelf by the counter. I took the bag kinda expecting something to be said to me, I don't know why, and walked back out. No words were exchanged at all. Smh.

I came in today and let me tell you that Nichelle and Christie were AMAZING. We had a super long day but they made our night, their customer service was great, the store looked extremely clean and to be honest I’ve never seen a subway with such a clean vegetable bar and with such fresh products! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Do yourself a favor and stay away! I have given this restaurant multiple tries hoping to love it but today was my last. The Drive through screen is never working correctly, when it is, the sandwiches are never pleasing. Today, I decided to walk in and place my order in person for the second time, the staff seemed bothered by my walking in. One was out in the back on the phone, the other seemed lost behind the counter. Bread stale again Very little meat given again very little toppings again toppings NOT fresh again poor customer service again

I've been eating here for over a year now and every time I have gone, it has been absolutely awesome, except for one time. That one time consisted of the tuna tasting too fishy. Every other time, my sandwiches (many different kinds at this point) were made great and I have absolutely no complaints about them. On top of that, the employees have always been professional, kind, friendly, and more than helpful. I have noticed that the restaurant and its employees have slowly gotten better and better over the last 6 or 7 months; this is when considering how great (in my experience) they already were before. The drive-thru touch-screen system can be a bit annoying at times, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the employees or the rest of the great work ethic that I constantly see from them at this store. They have always been patient with me and have always made sure that I left the store happy, and I guarantee you that if I had brought back that tuna sandwich that I disliked that one specific time, they would have done whatever they needed to in order to send me off happy. I appreciate all of your professionalism and hard work there. Thank you to everyone that works there and to all of the employees that have been a part of my positive experiences.

Ordered in the drive thru, so wasn’t able to watch my sub being made, which I realize was a mistake. Much to my disappointment my sub was drenched in mayo and mustard, and soggy once I got to work. The chips were stale as well. I will never go back here.
