My 8 year old son asked me to give this place 0 stars. My husband took him here to get an ice cream cake for his birthday. When he tried to pay with a $50 bill, they refused and asked if he had any smaller bills, like 20s, since they didn’t have their “pen”. Mind you, the cake would’ve been $40. Logically thinking- they wouldn’t have been able to accept any cash if the “pen” statement was thought through. Thanks for upsetting my autistic child. We took him to Walmart he spent that $50 CASH on cake, books and toys! Do better!

Absolutely loved the service!! Rebecca was our server, and she was such an welcoming soul. After I ordered my cone with bubblegum and cotton candy, she complimented me for my choice of whipped cream and also recommended the sprinkles! She said that it was a really good combo, and I wholeheartedly agree! Looked pretty with its pastel colors and tasted really good! Would absolutely come again sometime.

Everytime I go to this location they are in shambles. I've never been there once and they had all of the items I asked for. This morning I went in to purchase donuts for my classroom, and they wouldn't sell me the 2 dozen donuts even though they had donuts sitting on the shelf. I will not be returning to this location. I will go to Lickin' Good Donuts or Milton Bakery.

THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING. I waited for 20 minutes and then was told the ice cream was too hard / melted right away and broke down? Literally it is the worst experience every time I go…. thinking maybe it will be different this time. Do not waste your time going to this place.

Never really liked Dunkin' but I brought my son here and ordered him a hot coca and the lady offered to pour it over ice for my son, over and beyond for sure.

Updating my review because lately this Dunkin' has been an absolute pleasure to go into! I don't know if they changed management, but I do know that they've always got multiple employees working at a time now and each and every single encounter that I've had has been nothing short of sweet! The employees greet you when you walk in and make an honest effort to help you find things & get what you need. The store looks better cleanliness wise and the bathrooms are always clean as well as everything being stocked so there's the options that I want! I also appreciate the recommendations! Will definitely be making frequent stops since the changes! Love coming here!

Go to Scooters on Woodbine. I love Dunkin but this place is constantly understaffed, and out of product. Glad they combined the Baskin Robbins so it could also be understaffed and out of product. I thought I was in McDonalds when I was told the shake machine wasnt working. By shake machine she must have meant the blender.... hahahahah... can't make this stuff up... Give yourself some extra time when going here because whether you go inside to order, order on the app, or go through the drive thru, you never know when they'll get to your order. Good luck.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Went to get one medium milkshake after Sonic (in Pace) basically gave us milk instead of a milkshake.Walked in and was not greeted. Waited over 5 minutes trying to make eye contact with anyone. Guy at the counter took someone else's order that came in after us, instead of letting them know that we haven't been helped yet. Finally a woman asked us if we have been helped yet and we replied "No, not yet." And then she just walks away.We walked out. Blows me away that people work in the service industry and don't even want to serve.

New management has really stepped this business up! The doughnuts are now being made whenever they run out, instead of waiting until the next morning. The lobby and bathrooms are tidy, as well as new menu items and ice creams! The employees go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Great job!

Last time I came here, they had no cones, only cups. Not that big of an issue. Until after I paid and recieved the ice cream for me and my son, they inform us they were out of spoons.

All I ever want is a mangonada and this store is constantly out, you would think management would order enough supplies to not be out of product all the time.

Attempted to order ice cream at the drive thru on 2/20/2023. My Mom asked for chocolate peanut butter and was told they didn't have any in stock. We asked what flavors they had available and were told, "due to company policy, if you want to know what flavors we have, you have to come inside." I said, "we are disabled." The employee didn't say anything else so we decided to leave. My mother & I are chronically ill and disabled. We were not able to go inside the restaurant. Very disappointed in Baskin Robbins & will not be back. The flavors are not listed on the drive thru menu and each flavor we asked for wasn't available. How are customers supposed to order if we don't know what is in stock?

I'm a die hard Dunkin. But this locations scanner at the drive threw has been broken for over 2 months. No apologies from staff. Just a shrug. Frustrating.. Frustrating.. Frustrating
