Beware the upcharged meal prices when you order. The prices are for the small drink and side. When they confirm your order, they give you the options of medium or large. You incorrectly assume, as I did, that medium is the price on the board... but it isn't. A $5.99 breakfast combo was quoted at $7.49. When I questioned the increase over the menu price, I was told it was for the small. Complained that I was not given that option.
I go here fairly regular. The food is good, but my order is never right and 90% of the time it takes forever to get my food. like today I went in there and ordered a whopper some chicken nuggets and two spicy chicken wraps I get back home. I have two honey mustard wraps and I’m like 6 miles away from there. They never seem to get my orders right

My order was not correct. I ordered a double beef whopper with mayo only. I received a whopper combo without a drink. I tried to call the Pace store a number of times and got no answer. I was very disappointed ?.

Absolutely no reason to wait 20+ minutes for 1 cheeseburger. Everyone waited for ever for a small order except the person behind us with a large order. Somehow they got theirs first. There was already 2 people waiting when I got there. We could have at least been notified of a long wait time. I don't care if they were short handed with new employees. They could have notified me of the wait time 2

When o came through today with my son, we waited quite a while but the guy that took our order and brought it to us was extremely great, gave us a refund apparently they messes up our order the 1st time they made it which when we did get our food it was nice and hot even our fries. Kuddos to the man in drive thru today at 3pm he deserves a raise for his kindness to customers.
It took 12 minutes to get my order and when I got it.. my sandwich was hot but my fries were not.

Everytime I have come here my order is wrong and messed up. Had my fiancé try to grab something quick. Made her pull up to the window. After waiting10 min she drives off. Gets home and the order is wrong like always. Last time I will use this place. I just don't understand how hard it is to get an order correct. Also customer service is always terrible. They need to just get rid of this location entirely. Thanks for another wrong order
