We’ve been customers of this particular McDonald’s for years!!We’ve never had an issue until tonight.In the drive through, As the employee was handing me the change, she dropped it on the ground where I couldn’t get to it.She apologized for dropping the change but when I asked her to replace the change she gave it to me as she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me.Very bad attitude. As I sat and waited for our meal I observed other families waiting at there table for there food with the number tag. On the number tag it clearly states "please place on your table and we'll bring your food to you". That was not the case the manager would call out the number and you would have to go up and grab it. That's totally fine but, there was no line, and it was clearly not busy enough as the manger was on her phone checking Facebook in between orders. As a share holder...read full review
