I used to love this place but $32 for 2 pick 2's it just makes more sense to go sit down somewhere and be waited on for the same money. Bread Co prices are competing in a market the food and service cannot.

I love the Panera Bread in Pace, FL. The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. They go above and beyond to offer top quality service. My favorite Panera offering is the Chocolate Latte (hot) and the chicken and wild rice soup which is thick and rich with rice, carrots and chicken.

We are so appreciative to this Panera Bread for donating free coffee for our teachers at Pea Ridge Elementary School! They helped provide a little pick-me-up for our staff on this freezing cold day. Thank you, Panera!

Love this place. I was so excited when they built this one in Milton. I love drive thru soup and sandwich! Their baked goods are excellent and they have a decent selection of novelty drinks.

Friendly service, great food, and good coffee to go along with it. Panera Bread strives to be one of those well-rounded eateries that provides an array of options for everyone. The staff at this particular location on Highway 90 are always patient with me and answer questions with confidence. When it's not too busy in the early morning is the best time to sit, eat, and read/study/work remote for a little while. Definitely check out their Value Deals menu if you come around.

Came to Panera at 730pm on a Monday night and order food for dine-in with my boys. I waited 20-25 mins for 3 sandwiches and a salad (pictured) with 4 customers eating in the dining room and one order ahead of mine. There were 7 employees either talking, laughing, or just standing staring at the one or two employees working. The sandwiches were fine, but the salad had a horrible aftertaste and just could not eat it, I ended up throwing it away. I wanted to get a refill before leaving, but as I walked up two employees were emptying the drink decanters while laughing and playing. I looked at my watch and it was 810pm a full 50 minutes to closing. Finally the two stopped giggling and enjoying the conversation to notice I was trying to get a refill. I managed to grab the last bit left before they took it away. I remember when this Panera was a joy to visit and the customers/ employees were smiling and having a good time, but now I feel like everytime I come here I am burdening the employees and just unwanted. Maybe it’s me, maybe I am just getting too old to interact in public, but the more I go out to restaurants here in Pace the more I see habits like this place exhibits and attitudes of indifference to customers. Ultimately, the service was not great, the food was mediocre to poor, and the absence of customer service is not only visible, but felt once you enter this establishment. Maybe it will get better when I stop coming, maybe it won’t, either way I think I am done with this location. Best of luck to those that still frequent here.

Order a pick 2, mediterranean veggie sandwich, and broccoli cheddar soupThe soup was cold, and not only that I didn’t even get a full container of soupMy baguette was about half of what it should’ve been. Lady behind counter at pick up was rude. I ask for tabasco packs and she told me they dont have that anymore. So I packed my food up and left.If I could include a picture, I would.Won’t be going back to this one.

Arrived to drivethru to get a tea. One car at window(order pickup) and one ahead of us ordering. It took us 22 mins to move one car length and 25 to get out of there!! although we were in a 4wheel drive vehicle, there was no way to leave the line, so aggravating. If someone has a large DRIVETHRU order they should be told to park and come in for their order not make others sit for that kind of time.

I've tried to give this place many chances after a while because I used to love it, but the food isn't the same at all anymore. If I wanted to pay $18.75 for two pieces of steak and three pieces of chicken I would have gone somewhere fancy. This is quite ridiculous now that the warm bowls are so much smaller and much less effort than before. I received four tomatoes (not even cut like they used to be), a PINCH of feta, and the cucumbers are thin slices instead of what's actually being advertised and what's been advertised on the menu for years. It is not worth the price and I'm sad to say this was such a waste of my money. It really feels as if there is no care at all put into your food, and I'm left with such a feeling of dissatisfaction.Panera should readjust their menu instead of misleading customers.TLDR, small portions for expensive prices, especially regarding meat.
