First time at a Popeys in 20+ years. Got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was okay. Lady taking my order wasn't very inviting but not a big deal. The heat indicator had me thinking the house hot sauce was going to have heat but it had almost no heat but I have a high tolerance so not big deal. The big deal was when I called to ask a question but the manager answered the phone in an unprofessional way and proceeded to hang up on me. I wasn't mad about anything. I just had a question.
Food was hot but had to wait over 20 minutes to get it via drive through. All of the orders were incorrect, didn't want to bother going in to get it fixed just to wait another 20 minutes.
