I travel through Palatka on occasions. My Google search for sushi brought me to Leo's. I was very impressed. Very friendly local spot. Seems to bring in regulars, and there is a monthly calendar of entertainment.

On a pick up order, they verbally told me my total, I handed them payment. The total seemed off from what I tallied in my head so I asked for an itemized. First, the menu online vs whats current do not match, one of my items showed 7.99 but was actually 11.00, Second, they automatically add 10% gratuity. It shows up as a 'G' on the itemized and I wouldnt of known if I didnt ask to see it. I wouldnt care if they told me ahead of time but to hand me a copy with a tip line and signature as well. I wonder how many people tip on top of the tip the dont tell you they charge you.

Sushi is always good the buffet not worth it. Use to be good last 2 years they should just close the buffet and do strictly sushi

Had the buffet for lunch. The only thing hot on the buffet was the soup. Extremely disappointed.
Average food. The bartender was the only one who actually was glad to see us. Everyone else made us feel unwelcome. I always want to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt. I have been there twice and it's the same story. Glares and frowns from the people who I assume own the place.

Cashier was easant and prompt. Picked up used plates promptly looked clean. Hot foods were barely room temp. Including seafood (shrimp & mussels). Pork ribs, all chicken dishes Cole slaw, everything. We let them know and they turned steam table on or up. Very disappointed. Friends raved and took me there for a treat. They said they would not return.
