My 15 year old applied to Arby's. She gets these text messages from them asking her to come in for an interview on this date and time. She shows up just to be told they aren't hiring. She called the GM Lori and she told my daughter that she isn't hiring right now and that the text is some automated AI that automatically sends out AND schedules an interview for a date and time. YOU need to fix your automated texts or inform the applicant ahead of time that you are or aren't hiring. This was a waste of time for her and myself and wife. Way to go Arby's! I will be contacting corporate as well and explain to them the same thing and send the screenshots of there automated AI service that LIES to everyone.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday, my wife was disappointed with no burgers but all was ok she settled on the chicken sandwich, I got the 2 for $ 7 deal, I got 2 beef and cheddar classic s I got home only one had cheddar on it, looks like I am going to go out of my way next time I want Arby's to another Arby's this is the 2nd time in a row that this place has messed up my order
No complaints for fast food. Food was hot. Order was correct. The young lady behind the register was very polite. Order was up quick. Inside was very clean!
For the second time in a row, I was given the wrong order. Not even close. Update : Since then, the manager has more than made things right; this place stays clean and the service has improved (last three orders correct).Parking: - newly resurfaced & painted!
I want to speak highly of Petra, the girl working the window. Excellent customer service. Efficient and friendly. I will return just because of her.

Not even joking when I say this, I just watched the worker FEED the customer DOG through the drive thru, and then let the dog LICK HER FACE. After this the same lady didn’t even go wash her hands, instead she handed me my milkshake with the same hand she let the dog lick on...

Ordered with GrubHub. The driver was very fast.The restaurant didn't send ANY of the sauces. I ordered chicken poppers which I selected 3 sauces, the jalapeno poppers didn't have the berry sauce and the motz sticks didn't have the marinara sauce. I also ordered an apple and cherry turnover which they didn't send with the order either. I'm not ordering from this arbys ever again.

Staff is always friendly and cheerful. You never really think to review the good places. Just give them the stars and move on, but if I want no no problems, dealing with someones bad day, and fast food. I just go here without thinking about it. Great staff. The staff is what makes this a easy no brainer experience.
