Listen, I understand it’s Friday night. It’s busy, I get it. But 2 hrs for a delivery that is 10 minutes away is absurd. To make things worse, the delivery driver had a very bad snooty attitude. Absolutely unacceptable.

Customer service is horrible. Called and placed an order. We drove to get it and was early. They never even got it in the oven, claiming the cooks dropped it. Waited yet again for the order which wasn't done. Wanted a refund but they wanted to push free garlic knots on us. Repeatedly told my boyfriend who went inside that I wanted a refund where at this point we were waiting over an hour at this point. I got tired of them trying to play games so I went inside. We paid cash when we got there. Lady at the register was rude, so I got rude back. Not my fault you have no cash in the till (mind you this is a place of business) but yet couldn't give me my cash back. I guess the owner had to give me cash out his pocket to fix the situation. How can you not even refund someone who you already made wait forever, then push items they don't want, and have an attitude on top of it...and want to cause a scene in front of customers? Maybe if your counter person wasn't busy hanging out with her friends at the table and the guys playing in the back, maybe then things would have been different. I really wanted to try bizarros, even after having issues at the PB location, this saddened me, and honestly after reading recent reviews, I'm not the only one who got mistreated and seems like the pizza wouldn't have been worth it here anyway. Maybe we would have better luck at the beach!

I have been a loyal customer for years spend $40 every weekend on a pizza never complain this weekend. I received a ice cold pizza when I say cold I mean cold the owner get on the phone and tells me what’s wrong you can’t put it in the oven. I’ll give you two dollars off next time what??
We enjoyed our meal & had leftovers enough for another meal. We'll go back again!
