I tried order online and my credit card didn't get through so force me come in the store to order which was hard time for me because I'm deaf or Hard hearing then I'm waiting for almost 30 mins and finally, got them but these not what I usually order domino's at many different place. They need fix tech or bug issues.

Ordered our pizza and waited about 30 minutes. We live .02 miles from the store. The driver called us and asked for our address. We confirmed it. 20 minutes later still no pizza. When he called he was just 100 feet away from us. We called the store, explained the situation to the person. Never said anything, laid the phone down and 2-3 minutes later a lady picked up the phone. She wasn’t told what we stated and was rude when we had to explain our situation. She kept interrupting us. She called the driver on another line and he was still lost. Her excuse was he is new. We had to ask 3 times for a refund and she said well he says he has found your place now ya want the food or not? We insisted for a refund and cancelled the order. Why is it so difficult these days to find any good employees. It’s every where!

When i finally received my food its cold, Didnt even get my full order. Didnt refund my order and just gave me a small credit towards my rewards. Ive never had an issue with dominos before and I dont know if this is just an off day for them. But my whole day was terrible and I ordered dominos so I could cheer myself up and instead i was met with more stress because of incompetent workers. I very rarely leave a bad review and I work in the food industry so I understand but this is just unacceptable service.

I order a half pepperoni pizza pie and wings 10/27/23 8:00 pm . I open the box and they gave me a plain pizza . I called and the lady said we put the pepperoni under the cheese when is extra cheese ? no pepperoni at all .I feel like the lady on the phone was making fun of me or she did it on purpose for what ever reason I don’t know . Won’t order from this store again .I feel sorry for corporate dominoes
