I came in to order breakfast for my partner and I two wake up wraps two has browns two coffees & a strawberry donut. The elderly man working the counter was very slow behind the counter & he ended up making my coffees. I ordered extra cold foam and caramel inside of my dunking coffee (which should already be sweet) it was very bitter no extras were inside (that I paid for!) and it took 20 minutes to receive my food. When I got my food I told the elderly man that I was missing my donut... he looked me dead in my eyes and said "well you already have more than enough food" What kind of customer service is this?! Who are you to tell me that I have "enough" food?!? This is extremely rude & unprofessional and the damn donut was DRY

You literally have to plan your whole morning around a visit to this dunkin. Ordered ahead as I always do. Arrived at 8:15. Door locked. Drive thru line backed up to the street. As of 8:28 I'm still in the drive thru line. Going to be late to the Dr appt I was 30 minutes early to which is less than a mile from here.

I used to b a Starbucks girl but since I started coming to this DD, I don’t go to any other location but this one … ALYSSA, ALWAYS makes my day when I go there. She is always bubbly, gives compliments, and just overall very welcoming. You can tell they work as a team because I never have a long wait there and overall everyone there is effortlessly efficient. They get my toasted white chocolate signature latte right EVERY TIME! Thank you guys..

Always out of product most times they get the Otter, wrong places, never really clean. The exterior of the building is filthy. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Would not recommend going to this Dunkin' Donuts

Its like they have a competition to see who can sound the most miserable while taking your order. They deserve and award for being the slowest and most depressing Dunkin you will ever encounter.
