I admit it. When I get a hankering for KFC nothing else will do. I love their iconic, greasy fried chicken. Original please. I'm a coleslaw kind of gal and will always choose that over mashed potatoes. Their coleslaw is the sweet & tangy kind. Rats, I think I'm talking myself into another trip there. ?I may kill that craving 3x a year so I'm no expert on the location. But when I've gone I've always used the drive through. Their staff has always been friendly and the service quick. And the food? Yum. Never a complaint.

So haven't had KFC in quite a few years, ordered delivery yesterday and honestly didn't feel like we were missing out. Used to love that unique taste of their mashed potatoes and gravy but it seemed different. Noticed the sides portions went down from the old Styrofoam containers. We ordered a 6 piece and half the pieces had no breading, the ones that had breading were burnt and our 6th piece was kind of an unidentifiable piece. Unfortunately biscuits seemed way dryer than we ever remember. Mac and cheese was good. Corn was good. We gave it a try, honestly thought it was way better years ago. Could have just caught the restaurant on an off day. Maybe in a few years we'll try it again.

Update, Ordered the fillup box, extra crispy , 1 chicken tender, and a side of gravy. 1 piece was stale extra crispy, the rest were stale, regular breading and cold. Nuggets were overcooked. The best part was the hot, fresh biscuits n gravy, expensive

I ordered the fill up box yesterday for dinner and they severed me undercooked chicken... chicken nuggets that looked like they were fried in old grease warm cole slaw hard biscuits entirely salty fries..the food was garbage..I need a refund very disappointed with the service??

We got an 8 pc. bucket with macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuits. The macaroni and cheese was delicious, as were the biscuits. The mashed potatoes and gravy were okay. Our biggest complaint, here, was the chicken. When I first bit into one of the chicken breasts, it was clear something was off. I couldn't chew it! It was like trying to chew rubber. I asked my husband to try it and he, who will eat anything put in front of him, said the same thing. He refused to spit it out. Instead, he chewed on the one bite for about 4 minutes. Kinda gross. Anyway, we will not be returning. For $30 we prefer food that is worth what we pay. It's unfortunate but it is what it is.
