I love Little Caesars! I ordered a pretzel crusted pizza the other night and it highly exceeded my expectations. ? I live in a very rural town in Iowa where the closest LC is over an hour away. So on my trip to FL I was determined to visit one of my favorite pizza places.

I'm sorry but the good manager gave me a refund cause of a small roach in my pepperoni pizza but still, the fact remains. I understand this is Florida and most fast food restaurants have roaches. (Ive worked for restaurants for 18 yrs) and I know. They're in 60% of all fast food restaurants. If I ever encounter another roach in your place then I'm done with you guys

Old World Franceroni Pepperoni I thought they had outdone themselves with the Pretzel Crust Pizza [which I still buy they never stopped selling] but that pales in comparison to the new Franceroni Pepperoni. It has the best crust I can recall tasting on a pizza. They should keep the crust for all their pizzas though overall I think they have one of the best pizza crusts. This one though is even lighter and more spongy. It would make a great cheese pizza base. The FP is more expensive about $11 making it about $4 more expensive than their regular pepperoni pizza. The only negative is the pepperoni are so thin they curl into cups when baking making little hard to eat. They should keep this pizza around maybe selling in a medium size instead of large to reduce price and using thicker pepperoni..

Short Dark Hair Girl at the Register, EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE SHE TALKS YOUR FN EAR OFF, Ask for something very specific she gives you a litneny of excuses why you cant have it. What happend to the Customer is always right ? Been going here for years, Today was my last time patronizing this location until shes either NOT on register or no longer there.

We ordered pizza and drove home, 20 minutes away, only to find out it was incorrect. I called and spoke with Robert, who stated he was the store manager. He refused to give me a credit and only stated for me to drive back there. He refused to give me the corporate number or district managers phone number. I will not go back there.
