Ordered delivery and the order was incomplete. The best they could do was a 15% refund, however the amount of items missing was 25%. So they made 10% off my order they didn't deliver. May have only been a few dollars but the fact that they refused to make their mistake right is what bothers me. Will not order from here again with so many other options available.

Do not order delivery if you order anything that can’t be put into the portal for pickup. Multiple times, I’ve ordered pizza, bread and sauce. The delivery drivers only pull the orders from the portal and do not pay attention to the amount of items in the order. Therefore, they miss any sauces or drinks. Once questioned, the drivers say it is Little Caesar’s fault. Little Caesar’s blames it on DoorDash, DoorDash blames it on Little Caesar’s. In the end, it is the customer who is out. I had this issue in December and I have yet (2/15/24) to receive the promised refund. Should I have made this save stupid mistake again, Of course not. Save yourself the hassle from delivery.

Ordered online waited until the expected time passed 15 minutes drove there 10 minutes. Went inside and they stated its being made now ot will be done in 5 to 10 minutes. We are at 25 minutes at this point. Went inside after 13 minutes they said its being made now, so a total of 38 minutes passed still not in the oven. Demanded refund. My app showed my pizza in the oven 3 times. Horrible place just stay away

Ok so the pizza isn't bad. BUT the delivery through Door Dash is hit or miss. You may get hot pizza, may get cold...its a gamble! Lol. And there is no way to rate your Door Dash driver after they deliver or revoke your tip. So thr driver can do pretty much deliver whenever they want and you can't do anything about it because you already paid and tipped on the Caesars app. Pick up the pizza yourself. DOOR DASH SUCKS!

Girls were very undertrained ! No one answered the phone ! I had to go in an order ? it took forever,please retrain the girls upfront because they literally didn't know what they were doing... hopefully someone will answer the phone next time or we will go elsewhere... get it together please.
Absolutely terrible service. I placed my order at 5:56pm on 09/11/2023 and I am writing this review at 6:43pm and I still do not have my order. My order number was 1004233. After waiting almost an hour I still did not have the food that I had ordered and I asked for a refund.

The manager is terrible. The whole store is employed by ratchet, uneducated and unkept young girls. While waiting for a pizza today, an older lady came in for her order. When she asked about her order all the girls looked confused and when the guest asked if it would really be done in 20 minutes this time, as she had already waited 15 minutes and the girl lashed out at her and was rude. After that, the girl continued to talk about the lady loudly in the back leaving guests waiting to order. None of the people making the pizzas wore hair caps gloves while packing up the orders. We would have gotten our money back and left but as she told the other upset guest, they cannot refund. I highly don't recommend. The waiting area also had napkins everywhere so I can only imagine what the back looks like.

I’ve always liked the simplicity (and price) of Little Caesars and this location brings just that. Easy to order in the app, ready on time, and pickup was a breeze.

Manager is terrible. Walked in before 10pm they were in the back and didn't see me. She asks if I'm there for pick up. I asked to purchase there crazy bread which was clearly available. Says they are closed. Turning me away. Terrible customer service. They should get rid of the manager.
