I placed a mobile order here. Waited 20 minutes in the mobile pickup line (all while watching the people continously drive through the drive through and receive pick up orders as well) ... after such a long wait, my husband went inside to see what the problem was. They handed him half of our order, which he brought out to me and went back inside for my four year old sons kids meal. I waited another five minutes in the 90 degree florida heat and decided to get my son out of the truck and go in. I go in and they are still not finished preparing the kids meal therefore I asked for a refund and they placed it. They then proceeded to bring the food that I gave back, behind the counter and back to the kitchen to serve to other people! This is by far the worst mcdonalds out of hundreds of mcdonalds I've been to in my 34 years of life. I know its usually not a high expectation for fast food, but I would avoid this location at ALL costs. I now have a hungry four year old crying in the back seat of my truck because he didn't get his happy meal.

I travel a lot and this is my second time visiting this location during my trip. It will be the last, as well. We stopped to grab a bite and use the bathroom. The bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I think I’ve ever set foot in. My 6 year old said she felt like she was going to throw up, that’s how disgusting it was. Look at the photos and you might feel the same. I’m assuming they don’t check the bathrooms as often as they should. Not only were the bathrooms gross, but the food was cold and gross. Guess that shouldn’t surprise me after seeing the bathroom. My daughters Oreo McFlurry looked like someone ate out of it before serving it to us. With all that being said, I will never return to this McDonald’s again.

Sat in the drive thru second lane for over 15mins. They kept taking orders from the first lane of the drive thru. 4 cars were served ahead of me that hadn't even been in line when I first pulled up. The lady ahead me had been served so I know nothing was wrong with the speaker. If you're only going to serve one lane why have both open. After I watched the 5th car place their order before mine I left. What a waste of time!!!!!!!!

You are charged then have to wait on the side of the drive thru. I was about to leave and let my $10ish big Mac order gone. Not worth the hassle.

You go to this McDonalds and theres always an issue. I ordered a quater pounder C and all i got was meat cheese and buns ???and when you call no one picks up! poor service.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PLACE YOUR OWN ORDER! Rude customer service. This place forces you to place your order on the screen in the restaurant. You cannot have a person take your order. My elderly parents do not know how to do this. Had they been courteous, it would have made a difference.

I go to this McDonalds because it’s between work and home and easy to get in and out, but no more. I’m not waiting 20 minutes for an $ 8.00 fast food burger. I don’t recommend this location.
