Good day. Sunday at 230pm stopped in to get a Sunday and a cup of water. Some reason after taking the two people in funt of me and left. After 15 minutes standing waiting now one to take order. I got things to do. Drive through should not be priority. So no ice-cream for me and I deprive myself. So mest up on your part. Not serving guest.

Went there around 12:30 1:00 in the morning lastnight and the cashier stole 8 dollars and said I was 8 dollars short here’s how it went down me and my lady like to give exact change so she game me the money and I had the coins to complete the payment so she counted the dollar amount then I obliviously counted it too then added the exact penny amount our bill was $28.82 we gave him exactly that then he said we were 8 bucks short. I didn’t cause a fuss cause I ordered a few sandwiches and I didn’t want them molested in anyway. So I gave him another 20 strange right? I am writing this to make sure if you pay cash watch your change and I will be contacting management the place was a disaster. His register ID is KS#13

If I can give 0 star I will do it, I went by the drive thru today. service is so BAD. I have my kids with me and they are rushing me to leave and one of the service crew with bonet and braids is so rude looking at me like I did something to her. WORST SERVICE EVER! if you don’t like your job just quit. too early in the morning and you have to deal with the people with this kind of attitude.VERY POOR SERVICE! ???Calling out the attention of manager, watch your employees attitude. my husband is a manager too so better find new employees!

Not sure what was going on usually great but I guess they were having trouble computers were down they said cash only asked for a receipt not available then asked for corporate number or franchise owners contact was told Google it it was early morning but didn't know why manager said find it on line and he didn't know I paid over 38 dollars for 6 McDonald's 1 Big Mac and a 20 piece no worries but they tried to give me 2 which that were made wrong twice. They were ordered as 2 only light mustard only with cheese but still don't keep giving me wrong items I know it was late don't know why it took over 15 min FYI

sat in drive through 15 minutes just to be told the drive thru system was broken, waited inside for 10 min after placing order just to be told that my items couldn’t be made because the machines were broken, all while a girl in a heritage high hoodie berated her manager(who was taking orders at the front counter) about him needing to accommodate her.

Everything about this place is bad. I live closest to this mcd and drive past it to a different one because of how bad it is. Almost everyone they hire don't do their job. They don't awnser phones when you call.( Call and see for yourselves) You pull up to the window and wait for 5 minutes, After waiting, they say , " Welcome to mcd. Can you hold for a sec please. Then 10mins later they take your order..lol and when you get food it taste like 3 days old. Lol, don't complain, because then they are rude. Smh

I've been going to this McDonald's for years. And the service has always been excellent. Always clean staff is always nice and actually enjoying yourselves at work. One of the god managers that's their he's been there for over 15 years and he's definitely one of the reasons this McDonald's is so

I have come to the conclusion that this particular McDonald’s gives you what they want to give you not what you order went in last night spent $55 on six people eating dinner waited, for 35 minutes to get food and then when I checked it I was missing a chicken sandwich and a 10 piece chicken nugget and none of the sandwiches I ordered had what I wanted on them. I complain that it took 35 minutes. The manager said to me you did place a big order Excuse me I was the only one in the restaurant when I ordered that big order and people came in after me and was leaving before me after sitting in the restaurant eating that’s pretty sad they will not get another penny from my family. Because it’s not the first time it’s happened many times before it’s like they don’t know what supplies to order for the restaurant because they run out of everything.
