I placed an order via mobile app at 945. My husband proceeded to go in the facility instead of Drive through to stretch his legs. I took this facility until 1040 to get his order out. I thought ordering over the app was supposed to make ordering a faster procedure. This is very disappointing and I used to be a regular at this facility but will no longer use the services here and make the 10 minute drive to the other facility. The workers were rude to him asking why he was inside and freaking out because it was a mobile order inside and they weren't sure what they were supposed to do. I suggest further training is needed for future situations like this.

The worst attention I have ever had in my life was served by 2 young people and they did not give me anything I ordered and their horrible attitude. I will not return. Be careful when ordering, check carefully before leaving ???

I ate here and I ate a fry and it taste like my cats hair and I drank my sprite it was so spicy I almost passed out I took another fry and I had to go to the bathroom
Always polite and they really do make the food fresh. I enjoy this McDonald's. They work hard and always try to get it right the first time.

They always mess something up, service is extremely slow if it's busy. They should focus on staff training. I came here and had a Sunday they gave me one that had the wrong lid meaning the whole thing just blew up all over me and my car once I picked it up, no word of warning, nothing. To add insult to injury the person working the window didn'.t even give me napkins until asked twice

Had a late night craving so i went to my nearest McDonalds on Bayside. I believe this was the late night crew...the Big Mac was like I remembered thirty years ago. The beef patties were tasty, seasoned perfectly, fresh & warm, done to order. Went late last night again and the fries were fresh & hot just the way I like them. Night crew Keep up the good work! It's refreshing to experience fast food done right more when the cost of these favorites have gone way up high$$
