Store associate Alana was very rude and tried to tell me I had to leave without refund and no food because she decided to have an inappropriate attitude and start taking 4 other cars orders just because I asked if the first drive through window was broken.Once I told her to stop talking and give me my son's kids meal. Pulled up to the second window and even her own COWORKER who was very nice and APOLOGETIC, had stated she is ALWAYS starting problems with employees!Get rid of this girl.

They had different board games out on tables so families could play with each other or kids could play with other kids because they do not have a kids play area. It's very hard to get service though, as there is no one at the front counter. They want you to order through the ordering machine they have there. I don't mind ordering that way but if you need something that they didn't give you and you go to the counter the people see you but they just ignore you. I had to ask for a manager to get some sauce for my kids chicken nuggets, and it took over 5 minutes to even get someone to the counter and acknowledge meParking: Not much parking because of all the U-hauls on the parking lot. There is handicap parking, parking for waiting for your order to be brought to your car, and parking for if you are in the drive thru and what you order is something they need you to wait for so they ask you to park and an employee brings it out to you. If you want to eat inside there are barely any parking spots that are close to the restaurant where if the drive thru is long you get blocked in until the drive through moves up and someone is kind enough to let you pull out of your parking spot.Kid-friendliness: We were there on a Friday night and they had a lot of board games for kids and adults to play. It was very different and my daughter and I enjoyed that.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking, door, restroom, and tables

Paid $25 for a delivery and received only the drinks. Called Idk how many times and no one picks up the phone. I can only assume this a store of thugs or idiots, either way no thanks. Thank goodness DoorDash answers the phone or I wouldn't have my money.

1st mistake I made a mobile order for counter pick up... 2nd was asking if the fries were fresh... 3rd was expecting a full container of fries as paid for. When I asked if the frys were fresh I was responded to that I didn't ask for fresh... FR? Don't know anyone who ask for cold old or refried fries but get them all the time from this location!
Definitely the best McDonald's in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area! I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a drink, which we're both delivered to my table within 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and the store was clean with the bathroom being an exception. Overall one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with McDonald's.Parking: Many spaces reserved for mobile orders, not many for regular customersKid-friendliness: With the addition of kid tables and booster seats, this store is very friendly for kids and families!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramps were on 3 sides of the store, no automatic door but highly accessible for those with disabilities.

Fries over salted, inedible. Complained to manager who claimed a machine salts the fries automatically. No apology. Terrible management. You pay for food, you expect to be able to eat it.

Drive thru workers never listen and always RUDE. There's a reason this is currently the lowest rated McD's in the area. Ordered a 40 piece nugget. Drive thru rang up a 20 piece. When I told Drive thru it was supposed to be a 40 piece she said they don't sell a 40 piece and then tried to tell me to go back thru the line saying i cant order at the window. I sat through the line and they messed it up! Instead of listening she was just nasty. Settled on 2 20 pieces, which cost more, just so I could get the food and go.
