Me and my family placed an order here on March 5, 2024 Our pizza on this night was completely undercooked literally dough threw it in the trash. Do not eat here. They undercooked your pizza and then won’t contact you for a refund or to at least fix. The order. Only spent $28 for two large specialty pizzas. Don’t eat here.

Manager couldn’t give a name, weird. But I will be calling Corp and health dept. for someone to bite into pizza with hair in it, is absolutely disgusting. It’s baked into the cheese. Gladly ready to call health dept.

Had the Pizza delivered, and it was awful. Tried the thin crust and it was like eating cardboard. Overbaked and no flavor. Ended up scraping off the toppings and threw away the crust. We have ordered pizza from here before, but this could be the last. It was luke warm when delivered. Maybe the thin crust couldn't hole the temp?

You know what's frustrating? Living 5 minutes from a store and them not delivering. I called to make sure it wasn't a glitch, Papa Johns customer service person was great and connected me to the store, but whoever was working at the store just let it ring and go through the entry prompt 3 times. Not sure why you guys won't take my money, I love Papa Johns but man this really leaves a sour taste with me.

Love Papa John’s. Honestly think it’s better than dominoes. The pizza is soft to the bite and the crust, which I typically don’t enjoy in other pizza places, is delicious. More over, the garlic sauce that comes with the pizza is top tier.

I have just received the most disgusting pizza I have ever bought. The pizza was so bad there is just no way that it was an accident for it to be like that. There is just no way that a restaurant would let something like that go out to a customer. On top of all of the other bad experiences I’ve had here, I have officially given up. Thanks guys. Thanks.

I ordered a pizza at 8:50 pm online I enter the address East New Haven should have been West New Haven at 9:50 I get a call from the driver he informed me what happened I told him I would give him a $10 tip 10 minutes later driver called back the manager told him to bring it back to the store. It's raining I have no car haven't eaten since noon.

This has to be the worst run Papa John's restaurant I've this has to be the worst Papa John's I've ever been to I order all the time but yet they have no ability to help you when you try to order online and want to pay cash yes believe me there are people that want toNot help. Poor manager. He needs to be replaced or removed. Sad. I average at least 5 times a month. Just sad.
