The mishaps at this establishment are beyond belief. It seems that they have a knack for getting orders completely wrong, going against both our preferences and payment. If one were to request well-done wings, they would receive rare ones instead. And don't even get me started on the pepperoni lovers pizza; the amount of pepperoni on it is laughable. This is the third consecutive time they have botched our pizza order and the second time they have messed up our wings. However, tonight's incident takes the cake - or should I say, the uncooked wings. It is the final straw for us; we are officially done with this place. Perhaps the manager should have a serious conversation with the kitchen staff because this is simply unacceptable for any business.

After my last visit I would never return! So I was robbed and over charged. Came into communication with a "manager" that was clearly on drugs.. maybe high but definitely impaired. The "manager" cursed and threatened me! ALSO reached out to customer service and was never given my $ back either! This store is trash and It's too bad because I used to order frequently!!
