I want to give a shout out to Hunter. I had a bad experience with your call center and Hunter apologized and kept a smile on his face while I explained the situation. No I was not in the building but you could hear the smile in his voice. Hunter went above and beyond with his customer service skills. Thank you, Hunter for turning a bad situation into a good one. You sir, made my day.I gave 3 on service due to Hunter being so kind and helping me.As for who ever originally answered the phone, either in the restaurant or the call center, being told I’m wrong about your website and that you all do not have a new pizza and that I called the wrong company for your new Tavern Pesto Pizza was wrong but what was even worse is being hung up on. Worst experience ver when it comes to customer service from this person. Everyone that works for your company should know the product even if it’s new.Thank you! MJ

Found two 9 inch hairs on pizza. GROSS! Completed survey that was emailed to me the next day. i provided them with pics and a narrative of what happened. Their response - - "We're sorry!" That was it!!!

had an incredibly disappointing experience with Kat Lawson, the manager of Pizza Hut After ordering a hot honey pizza and receiving the wrong pizza, I generously tipped the delivery driver $50. When I called to address the issue, Kat Lawson was extremely rude and even hung up on me. She promised a refund from another delivery driver, but we're still waiting for it to arrive. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

The food is decent here. But I had my order delivered and they forgot one of my pizzas. Thankfully it wasn't one for the kids it was mine. I called to tell them and the "manager" was not apologetic at all. She was dry and rude. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience just asked if I wanted the pizza or a credit, when I said I wanted my pizza she said ok. And then I said are they going to deliver it she said "ya" I said ok and then she hung up. Worst service I've ever had. Honestly I don't know if I want to order from here again. I like pizza huts pizza but the customer service was horrid. Can't believe someone with that type of attitude (talking in a tone like they hate their job and like it's my fault they forgot my pizza) has a management position. As a food service owner I would NOT employ this person. Hopefully corporate takes a look into the behavior and retrains or finds a suitable replacement.

I got 2 specials, cheesy chicken alfredo, chicken alfredo, 7.95 easy. and 12 wings. Ttl: 42.00 and change. Both alfredos had maybe 2 small pieces of chicken, wings were ok, but 21.00 for 12????? And the pizza has changed so much over the years, it's barely recognizable to the taste I remember. All around, will be my last stop for any of the food above mentioned. Friendly staff, but food....not so much.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place at the moment until they fix their greasy pizza:/ it’s so greasy my kids complain about stomach aches after eating it, they think the pizza is just terrible because how greasy it is, is really the only issue…

I ordered delivery. When I opened the pizza box, there was a small live cockroach inside the pizza box. Very disappointed. I don’t believe it came from the driver. He had a newer looking car. I know pizza boxes are cardboard and roaches tend to lay eggs inside cardboard. This location should probably look into how they are storing their pizza boxes. I will not be ordering from this location again. I do hope that I get an email or phone call from the manager to discuss this issue we experienced.
