They are so slow and the worst customer service everytime we go. Dont waist your time at this location and go to the one in Melbourne and even with the extra drive, you'll get your food in the same amount of time as stopping at this location.

Worst Sonics I've ever been to still. Been here twice and it took 25 minutes to get to the window for some basic food. They don't update their menus for the specials they get. The outside has ripped signs everywhere. Both times the people running the place are kids with no idea how to give decent customer service. Shut down this travesty already.

Waiting 20minutes for my food and milkshake isn’t ideal but very understandable as they were busy, I was really looking forward on enjoying my late dinner food and milkshake. Sadly i was eating hair instead of enjoying my milk shake…. Very upset, and never will I return to this juvenile establishment.

Please cease allowing unsupervised children to run the facilities. Yes I said children because this place is always running chaotic, these kids are more entertain to joking and playing around than anything else! This Sonics is the most disorganized and unprofessional kids' playground I have ever encountered. During today's visit, it took over 25 minutes to receive three ice creams, which were so diluted that I had to request a refund. I had to go behind the counter to get someone's attention, while a young, individual of LGBT+ Indian or African American descent was seen dropping chicken nuggets, laughing, and having a jolly time with the team instead of attending to the customers. He/She was ready to get confrontational, but after I noted everything that he/she should been doing he quickly took it down a few notches. Whoever the general manager is should really spend some time supervising the employees. This Sonic is by far the worst in Brevard. I was not the only one frustrated today as there were other customers upset with the Sonics “special” team members.

My food was thrown together and the bun on the hot dog was hard and stale. Everything was cold.This will be my last time ordering from them.

Slowest sonic i’ve ever been to. Extremely under staffed. The only reason I didn’t leave the drive thru was because I placed an online order and already paid. It makes it a lot worse that there isn’t drive in slots. There’s only one line for the drive thru. Even though I placed a mobile order the worker didn’t know my order and had to ask what I ordered, what was even the point of doing an online order? It’s meant for faster service and not having to tell you a 2nd time what I want.
Went to get mozzarella sticks and fries I went to eat a fry half way home the fries were literally stale and over fried it was so hard you can honestly chip a tooth, I went back inside told them about the fries the girl took it to the back and they all started laughing among in each other. NEVER eating here again

Hit or miss. The only thing consistent is their mozzarella cheese sticks are always fresh. Prices are a little steep for fast food especially when the burgers taste like they’ve been sitting out. I’m sad they don’t have a partnership with Cinnabon anymore.

Door dash people are not allowed to check in peoples bags, There for 3 times now sonic has messed up our order on door dash. Someone needs to be sent home if they are to tired at night to get orders right. Got 2 sandwich's, onion rings and drinks, i got a hot dog and tater tots! $30 gone and i got some food that i dont even eat.

Every time i attempt to get a chli cheese coney here it is never off the roller grill they put it in the fryer and it becomes like rubber. I only know because i used to work for sonic so i know the look and taste when the cooks do that. Its laziness really and hotdogs are one of the lowest waste cost.. when paying almost 7 dollars for a hotdog not even the combo i would expect it to be fresh and able for me to eat. Fries are always soggy. Sonic is supposed to be a quick service restaurant not fast food.. also supposed to be cooked to order but hotdogs are supposed to be on the grill where there are different temps one to cook it and the other temp for holding... And its always ordered with light chili which never happens either. I love sonic and this being the closest one i have now tried 5 separate times and same result everytime so i am no longer going to this particular sonic which makes it to where i dont eat it as often as i used to. A few of the employees act like they are not working and have no professionalism or work ethics.
