These 2 poor young kids can not handle this besides the move slow like slower than my 90 year old grandma please please for the love of food hire more ppl it should not take 45 min to get subs I hate it here why would management do them and me like this and don’t come offer me free food get more help like why

I hate going to this Subway! The customer service always sucks and they could care less about the customers. They’re always out of stuff and don’t tell you when you order online. Just a waste of time and money. I won’t be going here again because of their lack of customer service and horrible workers. Not the same Subway I once enjoyed. A joke. 1 star. No thanks!!!

I used to love subway, but I was very disappointed the last time that I went. The sub was mostly bread with sparse toppings. I ordered the turkey sub which is usually what I ordered.

Ordered my fave tuna sub. It still tastes great but I ran out of tuna on my sub! Super skimpy and just enough tuna to make a regular sandwich…not enough for a sub. So I threw away half of it and put the measly amount on just half of it.. not foot long serving at all! Hoping this is not the new norm because they’ve always been worth the money. Just not this time.

Terrible food and they rip you off by giving you so little food. Had a breadless bowl and it literally filled just the bottom up. Spinach was slimy. Never will eat at this slimy establishment again. A bunch of crooks.

I've been coming to this subway since moving to Florida 2.5 years ago. Every weekend my husband and I go for breakfast. Bri makes a terrific sandwich with what she has to work with.... Sometimes the company itself is out of eggs, not her fault. Her service is always awesome. It's always a pleasure to see her. The food is always fresh! Store is always clean! ?. The new manager is very nice Francine! Seems to be more responsible and attentive. She is a good addition to the store.

I have been eating subs here for many, many years but the last few times I’ve eaten here in the last 4 months the bread has been stale. Every time I’ve come back I thought maybe it was a fluke surely today the bread would be fresh. No, it hasn’t, and that’s why I am writing this review… in the hopes that management will read this and think, “ I better do something about this!” The employees are great! Place is clean. Veggies and cheese are fresh.

This is the worst Subway in the franchise. WOW, that is a statement. YES, it is. They are frequently out of bread, cookies, and chips, of a variety of flavors. Today, we found out the tea machine has been broken for "months". This is a management problem, not frontline employees. SHAPE UP!

The Vandemarks

We ordered online and and it was supposed to be ready at 7:10 wasn’t actually ready until 7:25 when we got home the order wasn’t right, so I brought one sandwich back to the store because my son refused to eat it. As I walked up to the counter I was greeted with I can’t make you anything I’m too busy making online orders. I told him I was bringing back a mess up, instead of apologizing or anything he immediately went to the computer to try and prove me wrong. It became a big deal and he started making the new sandwich, then when he was almost finished he said the order was right and he wouldn’t finish the sandwich. At this point I was pretty upset and told him he would finish the sandwich and I’ll just pay for it. He very rudely finished making it and cashed me out even making sure to put the change in my hand aggressively. The order was wrong and I’m going to attach a copy of the receipt. This all could have been avoided if he would’ve just been compassionate and made a new sandwich, this is not how you treat people. The sandwich in question is the first on the receipt, it was only supposed to have meat, cheese, and mustard.
