i’m not normally one to write bad reviews but every time i’ve been here lately, my partner and I order vegetarian items and the food comes out with the beans we ordered as well as the meat that we substituted outthey used to be really good at making orders but none of the customizations we make on the screen are followed (we generally aren’t picky about things like sour cream being put on the food but the meat isn’t acceptable when we take it off)a lady that was working the counter kept explaining how backed up they were out last visit(12 orders on the screen) but i’ve experienced much worse than that working fast food and was still able to put an order together properlyif it was a one time mistake putting meat on an order, i would forgive it but this has been the past few times :/

If somebody requests a side of sour cream you should at least make sure you fill the container. This is crazy almost like you guys don’t want to serve people this stuff.

i never write reviews anywhere but this taco bell has been the worst experience without fail every single time... the first 3 times i went i got spicy potato tacos and every single time they were cold and the 4th time we went i asked if they could heat it nicely but then the whole taco was hot including the lettuce like they threw the whole taco in the microwave. so i ordered on doordash instead and i got a coke instead of dr pepper, and no sauce. the night shift here is horrible and not once have i gotten a simple order made correctly. the laziest and messiest taco bell ive ever gotten food from lol hire all new shift please

Since the growth of the self-service kiosk, getting attention at the front has grown increasingly difficult. The tables at the venue have always been "tacky" (not sticky per se, just like undried paint). This hasn't changed.Regretfully, it's the best choice between here and Malabar. But we go back as it's usually fast but not always :-)
