Terrible. Ordered a smoothie and a banana to go, it wasn't even close being blended well enough for a straw to be used and I didn't get my banana for another 5 minutes after the smoothie because the teller and next customer were having a disagreement. So I had a barely ripe banana for lunch.

Every time I go to this location my food is never what I ordered, the order is never ready in a timely manner and the employees are not friendly to their customers or each other.

I've been here three times because they are close to work. They are ALWAYS out something "until their truck comes in". I get here after the order time by about 5-10 minutes to let them have less stress of me being there and trying to rush, then proceed to have to wait for said order to be made when im also quickly there from work. But genuinely. No matter the day, the time, they always manage to be out of something. And it's one of the most basic ingredients. They have always been polite about it. And I honestly don't even care about the missing item, it is what it is, but the wait to now pick up my order has increased from 5 minutes to over 25 minutes when I need to also get back to work, due to this issue. I don't see myself returning to this location.If you aren't in a rush, again, the staff at least seem great. But if the store is constantly running out of ingredients, larger truck orders may be something that should be getting looked into.

I am very pregnant and have been craving a smoothie all day. I went on my lunch break after placing an order on the app. I arrived ant the correct location and went in 10min before it was set to be ready for pickup. At the counter where they had the mobile orders for pick up, I didn’t even see my own order. I was ignored until 5min after the pickup time when I asked for help and was treated rudely as if they were upset I even spoke to them. I asked about my order, showing them the confirmation on the app and they said ‘well DoorDash is over here’ I told her ‘it wasn’t through DoorDash, it was on the app’ and she said ‘well we don’t have it’ in the nastiest tone like she couldn’t be bothered with me. Like this is literally how they treat their customers, and how this specific person treats a pregnant woman. Never again.

My overall experience here was not great which sucked because I have been going to tropical smoothie Cafe for years and I feel like they are slowly becoming not as good. They seem to never Carry the plant based meat anymore which is kinda crazy because when I ordered online I ordered a meal with a smoothie and wrap with the veg meat plus chips the last time i went but the only thing I walked out with was the smoothie they didn't have the meat so they didn't make the the wrap but they also couldn't refund me on the spot so now I'm stuck waiting for their corporate to refund it and this happened over a week ago on top of that the smoothie was not great and I have gotten plenty of smoothies from them so I know it was laziness it was barely blended properly and had chunkz of ice preventing me from using the straw.

There is always something wrong when I go here. Whether they messed up my order and/or they’re out of something. Their wrap is wrapped terribly, which causes a huge mess. A lot of times their smoothies are runny. They were out of lettuce and offered spinach. I said no, and they still added spinach. I’ll have to stop going to this one entirely, because unfortunately there is always some type of issue.
