Tatiana, though, was very aggressive and non welcoming of a few questions, then made sure to tell me that everything is cross contaminated. Though I appreciate the disclaimer, it was said in a way like I should go somewhere else. I didn't want to make a scene (also I know the risks involved in eating out), so I looked back at the options. Usually restaurants can make specialty brunch items using GF toast or pancake batter. When I asked if a waffle could be made using the batter for pancakes (very normal request), she got a manager who was very direct and also said absolutely not. It was really, really strange. So, I ordered a meal with GF pancakes and eggs, but when a new server came out with them, she was very nice to my friends and then just said "here" to me. It was like I had been marked. My pancakes followed a minute later but Tatiana didn't try to set them down or make space, she made me move my drink, though she had a free hand. I asked for water, she rolled her eyes. It was really unreal. I even got nervous about the pancakes, wondering if they were regular ones because of the rudeness of the staff. I decided to try them and push my anxiety away because who does that to people? And then I found a hair in the pancake.I've been a bartender and server for 6 years but never have I experienced this level of rudeness from staff. Ever. I also don't feel like asking basic questions (can you make this speciality French toast with GF bread? No.) should make me feel uncomfortable. The servers were aggressive aggressive, passive aggressive and simply unkind.Oh, and tip of 18% is automatically included.It was the worst. The food was good, but man. I don't like other people making me feel like trash.Dietary restrictions: Super unkind when asking about gluten free options. Not a welcoming place.

If you want to have an awesome place to go to for Breakfast or Lunch then Berry Fresh Cafe is the perfect choice. The food and the service is just amazing. They cater to all types for food choices including vegetarian and gluten free. It does get busy at times so be patient. We had the French Toast and the Eggs Benedict both were delicious. You can dine both inside and outside. Parking usually isn't a problem as it is in a shopping center.

Went for breakfast, and our food came out before we got our drinks (nonalcoholic), we were missing items ordered, and upon paying there was a 18% gratuity charge applied to our bill (our waitresses was not worth 10%) , was told I couldn't see the itemized receipt that I am assuming we were charged for missing items.Great food, but I would not recommend dining in here.

This place used to be great when it was only one location, but now they spread out to more than one location. The food is very average. They give you way too much food with Way less flavor. I have had to use a knife to cut the pancakes every time which is to me. Terrible. I've been here dozens of times and never had my potatoes cooked right? They always come out burnt and crispy. Only reason I keep going back is my wife really enjoys the quiche.

Exceptional service and food!! Our family loves the location in North Palm. We tried it for the first time in January and have gone back several times. I never leave reviews but I cannot say enough good things about our experiences here. Manager and staff are very friendly and the food has always been great. Great brunch spot! Definitely give it a try if you haven’t been before!!

Great breakfast and brunch place. Went here on a Saturday and we didn't have to wait. The staff are really nice and gave us a quick rundown of the specials. We got coffee and some brunch. They have a good selection of non alcoholic drinks. We got an omelette and Nashville chicken hash. The Nashville hot chicken hash was excellent if your like spicy sauce. Recommend trying this if you like Nashville style chicken. The service was quick. Highly recommend this place and will visit again. They also have a lunch menu next time we will try that.
