We stopped by for pie day 3.14. it sure was busy the lines were out the door and the stat were working relentlessly to help every customer that walked in.This post is to appreciate all the hard by the staff. Thank you for all your hard work. It must've been a long tiring day.The pizzas were good as usual, no complaints.The cashier's, mgmt, staff all did a wonderful job kept the line moving with a smile on their face never once winching at the long lines.

Keep in mind I'm rating this as a fast food joint, not a full service restaurant. This will not compare to any previous Italian restaurant so I'll rate it as such.It was almost dinner time and place was empty, very weird... I almost thought they were closed. They make the pizza fast since they make it so small and thin. Serving was fine and they were clearly overstaffed at this point.The making of the dough was very sloppy... Not even close to a decent circle, but didn't affect the edibleness of it. The toppings are fairly fresh, obviously cheap meat but ok.For a thin crust, taking it home just 9 minutes away, it was really chewy and almost tough to get down. In fact it was much better after i reheated it perfectly to many it a little lighter and crispier.Taste is ok... So for a quick bite and you don't care "quality" or NYC style pizza, this is edible and nothing wrong except the crust needs to be prepared and cooked better. I don't think i would pay full price for this though, only with coupons.

Very good pizza. Not great. Not a five. Probably more like a four and a half (but not worthy of rounding up). Seems understaffed and the employees are less enthusiastic than most. The interior also is really looking beat. All that said, I'll go back.

Cheap chain pizza. You get to customized pizzas so there is a positive. But if you are in PBG , FL go down to Frresh Market there's is better!

Ordered 3 pizzas but the dough of one of them was smelly and stale. The restaurant agreed to exchange and issue a refund for the stale pizza which was nice of them, but they would not deliver and we had to drive 40 mins back and forth to get the exchange.However in the end they refunded the entire order, so 5 stars for their service.

This is the third time I have been here and they are out of ingredients. My daughter has a gluten allergy so it’s important that we’re able to get gluten-free crust and that is the whole reason why we come here the past couple of times they’re out of the gluten-free crust, and then I’m forced to purchase a cauliflower crust which is five dollars more. They are always out of broccoli toppings also. The manager Jennifer was rude. one time OK three times in a row not OK adjust your ordering and adjust how many you’re making a day so that you don’t run out having allergies is difficult enough

I like the concept to be able to order ahead and customized online. Lots of great ingredients to choose from, but it was just an okay Pizza to me. I think it's because the sausage and pepperoni were somewhat bland to me, very melo. But I was able to put so many toppings maybe I put too much on there and it wasn't a good match.I'll try them again (without balsamic and ranch drizzle).
Past two times, the pizza has been the worst.... service has fallen off. The deceptive site putting the custom pizza at the top being the most expensive while hiding all the other 1 / 2 toppings at the end.. DO NOT BE FOOLED! LOOK IN THE BOX BEFORE LEAVING! These are the last two and FINAL time I EAT HERE! The worst customer service too when it comes to CORPORATE!

Used to enjoy this Blaze location but like many other establishments, they've lowered their quality and product deliverables through shrinkflation and other cutbacks means.The quality and service personnel represent this too unfortunately, and it clearly shows... where once the line would be out the door, now you can simply walk right up and order- albeit from a reduced selection.If you ask a question of the service personnel, you'll either get an eye roll/attitude for bothering them. Well, your dollar Not spent here will get the attention of the owner and managment. I'd like to hope they turn this around, but there are other options for pizza, and ambience to choose from in PBG.
